Six Ring Wizard

Chapter 8 End

After Herag came back, he found that the battle was still going on.

Emil faced the female knight and Marco alone. Emil and Marco were both injured, but the woman had no visible injuries.

The three of them moved very quickly. There was a team of archers outside, but they could only watch and dare not shoot arrows.

Because the three were too fast, they didn't have the eyesight and accuracy to shoot Emil.

Herag observed the surrounding terrain, found a position that could attack or defend, then bent his bow and shot an archer.

"Someone!" The archers immediately found a place to hide.

They couldn't see Herag's position, so they could only blindly shoot a few arrows into the dark forest.

Herag counted and found that there were still eight archers left, and he was ready to kill them all.

Whoosh! Another arrow killed an archer hiding behind a big rock.

After killing this man, Herag changed his position again, ran to another angle, and killed another archer hiding behind a tree.

These archers were completely terrified. They couldn't find Herag's position at all. No matter how they hid, cold arrows would always shoot from behind or from the side, and there was no way to avoid them.

Marco and the female knight had no time to take care of them. The battle between the three of them had entered a fierce battle, and no one could be distracted to deal with Herag.

The one-sided massacre began. Herag turned into the god of death and took away an archer with one arrow.

Ten minutes later, all the archers were killed.

After killing people, Herag continued to hide in the mountains and forests, bending his bow and arrows, but not shooting.

He was waiting, waiting for a chance to shoot.

The three of them were very fast, and Deep Blue was calculating at high speed. As long as he found an opportunity, Herag would shoot immediately.

The female knight seemed to have been paying attention to Herag, leaving room for her to shoot, and she couldn't find any opportunity at all.

Marco was blood-thirsty, and he vowed to fight Emil to the death. Herag thought this was a breakthrough.

After all, they are people, not machines, and people will always make mistakes.

If there is a mistake, Deep Blue will definitely catch it. It is not a human.

"Marco, this man is not far from the Great Knight. I have lost a lot on this order. I have to pay more money after it ends." The female knight said softly.

Marco was inexplicably angry and said angrily: "Shut up! If you use all your strength, you would have killed him long ago!"

"If I use all my strength, he will fight us desperately. If we continue like this, he will die sooner or later. Why choose a more risky way." The female knight chuckled.

The battle between the three lasted for a whole hour and continued.

At this time, they were obviously a little tired, and their speed and strength decreased a lot.

Marco took a deep breath and yelled: "It's time to end!"

His muscles all over his body swelled up, as if he used some secret method. He held the big sword with both hands and jumped up to chop vertically. Emil could only resist this move with all his strength.

But if he resisted with all his strength, it would give the female knight a chance.

Whoosh!

At this moment, a calm suddenly shot over, and Marco, who was in the air, could not dodge at all.

Marco screamed and covered his eyes with his hands. An arrow shot into his left eye.

Emile seized the opportunity and slashed horizontally. Marco's head flew out and rolled to the ground.

The female knight who was about to attack saw this scene, jumped back two steps, and put away her rapier.

"Huh?" Emil was a little confused. He was ready to fight to the death with the female knight.

The female knight explained: "I was hired by him. Now that the employer is dead, there is no reason to continue fighting. I am not a battle maniac. What's more, he only gave me money for the fight, not for my life."

She left after she finished speaking, and didn't even look at Marco's head when she passed by.

"Lord Emil!" Herag ran over quickly.

Emile breathed a sigh of relief and smiled bitterly: "I thought he was dead. Your arrow was beautiful. By the way, you didn't die?"

When Sean went to chase Herag, Emil felt a little sorry. He didn't think Herag could escape the pursuit of this knight-level assassin.

"My arrow was poisoned, so he only broke a little skin." Herag laughed.

Emile sighed: "Even if he was poisoned, he could easily kill you. You are really good at surviving."

He sighed and continued: "See how many horses are left, tie up Hagen and the others' bodies and take them home."

Herag turned back and went into the woods, and found that the eight horses were still alive and well, not affected by the battle just now.

He tied the bodies of the two guards to the horses, and Emile and he rode one horse each in front, and the remaining horses followed automatically.

Two days later, Herag and the others met Baron Buck who came to support them halfway.

Baron Buck was a middle-aged man with a face full of flesh, dressed in tight clothes, and he didn't look like a noble at all.

After listening to Emile's report, he said: "Things are not that simple, Emile, they are not just coming for you."

"My lord, what else happened?" Emile asked.

"That Marco is a subordinate of Simon next door. While they attacked you, they also attacked the southern mine. They thought they would be able to get rid of you this time, so I would lose a capable general." Baron Buck said slowly.

Simon is the lord of the Behard territory and also a baron.

However, his territory is short of resources and the tax revenue is not high, so he often makes small moves against the surrounding territories.

Baron Buck continued, "Behard suffered from a severe drought and famine this year, and their territory has been in chaos. However, our Dur Valley is a year of bumper harvest, and they will most likely have follow-up actions. We must strengthen our vigilance during this period."

"I understand, Lord." Emil nodded.

Baron Buck looked at Helag and said, "Your name is... Oh... Helag, right? Good job, kid!"

Helag shot and killed 20 people alone, and even killed a knight-level assassin. This matter has spread.

The guards brought by Baron Buck were somewhat unconvinced, but this matter was said by Emil himself, so it could not be false.

Helag did not care about this, and he did not care about other people's evaluations and opinions.

He just wanted to improve his strength as soon as possible. When facing Sean, if he had made a mistake or had a little bad luck, he would have died.

"Deep Blue, check Baron Buck's physical data." He was very curious about the strength of the knight.

"Buck Sara: Strength 8, Agility 5, Constitution 1, Spirit 3. His whole body is filled with unknown energy."

Such data would have been considered superhuman in his previous life.

What Herag was more concerned about was that Baron Buck's whole body was filled with unknown energy.

And knights like Emil and Sean only have unknown energy in their bodies.

When Sean was chasing him, he used unknown energy, and his data in all aspects improved a lot, and he even pierced a tree trunk with a dagger.

"Baron Buck's whole body is filled with unknown energy, does it mean that his casual attack has the strength to surpass Sean's burst?" Herag guessed in his heart.
