Chapter 3 Come to My House as a Guest
"Mother!"
Dudley clutched his ass and howled as he stumbled downstairs.
Dobby seemed very satisfied with his masterpiece, and it bowed deeply to Harry, "Harry Potter must stay here, he can't go back to Hogwarts this year, I'm sorry, sir, Dobby didn't have it. All other options are for..."
Dobby had just finished speaking, and with a bang, its figure gradually disappeared into the air, leaving only the two boys stunned in the room.
"Sorry, hope I didn't scare you!" Harry sighed.
"What was that just now?" Ivan asked curiously.
"Dobby the house-elf," Harry explained with a gloomy expression on his face. "I'm screwed, Dudley's got a pig's tail again, and Uncle Vernon is going to kill me."
"But that's not what you did, I can testify for you."
"It's useless, they won't believe it." Harry held on to the wall, trying to support himself.
In fact, he was absolutely right.
A few seconds later, Vernon Dursley ran up panting heavily, his face grim and his little eyes shining with a devilish light, completely ignoring Ai Wen's presence.
"Boy, I warned you, how dare you do that to Dudley..." snarled Vernon Dursley at Harry.
"I didn't, just now..." Harry said weakly.
"Read this!" He waved the letter in his hand and shoved it rudely at Harry. "Take it, read it!"
Looking at the pale Harry, Ivan leaned up curiously and saw the letter read: Mr. Potter, we received a report that at 8:20 tonight, you used a Shapeshifting spell.
You know that underage wizards are not allowed to use magic outside of school, and you may be expelled from the school if you do this again (Act on Reasonable Restraint of Underage Wizards, 1875, paragraph 3).
Also keep in mind that under Section 13 of the International Confederation of Wizards Secrecy Act, any magical activity that may come to the attention of non-members of the wizarding community (Muggles) is a serious offence.
Have a great summer! Mafalda Hopekirk, Ministry of Magic Prohibition of Abuse of Magic Division.
Harry looked up, feeling a choke in his throat.
"You didn't tell us that you can't use magic outside of school." Vernon Dursley's eyes flashed wildly. "Forget it, forget it, I guess..."
He pressed down on Harry like a big bulldog, his teeth showing, "Ah, I have good news for you, boy, I'm going to lock you up and you'll never go back to that school, ever! If you use magic to escape, they'll fire you!"
"Mr. Dursley, you can't do this." Ivan hurriedly stopped the other party, "I can prove that what happened just now was not what Harry did."
"Boy, you don't understand!" Vernon Dursley gasped, looking like he wasn't completely out of his mind and remembered who Irving was.
"I think I saw the whole process. What happened just now was done by a house elf." Ivan looked up and saw everyone coming to the door of the room. His parents were looking at him with worried expressions. Mrs. Dursley Convulsing in a low voice, Dudley clutched his buttocks and moaned loudly in her arms.
"It doesn't make any difference..." muttered Vernon Dursley.
Ignoring the other party, Ai Wen walked to his parents and whispered.
Harry stood pitifully where he was, thinking sadly about his future destiny.
He knew that Uncle Vernon was definitely not kidding himself, now that the Dursleys knew he couldn't use magic outside of school, he had lost his only weapon, and if he was stuck here and delayed the start of school, he would probably be expelled from school.
If he escapes with magic, he also faces the fate of being expelled. Ron and Hermione might try to save themselves, but now that all communications are cut off by the house-elf Dobby, no one will know their current state.
Dobby may have saved himself from the horrific catastrophe at Hogwarts, but he'd lost his only joy in life, and Harry wasn't sure how the Dursleys would treat him, he might starve to death here.
Unless, the boy named Ai Wen can help himself.
There was a glimmer of hope in Harry. He saw that he was talking to his parents, as if he had taken a letter out of his trouser pocket, pointing at Dudley now, then at himself.
The expressions on the Masons' faces were very surprised at first, and then they seemed to be persuaded by their son. They got together with Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia and talked in a low voice.
The atmosphere suddenly became a little weird, Dudley gradually stopped howling, the fat body tried to lean forward, so that he could hear what they were saying, Harry wanted to do the same, and then he saw Ai Wen turned his head towards He showed a reassuring smile.
Time gradually passed, and after a heated debate, after nearly half an hour, the four adults finally reached an agreement.
"Don't ask anything, kid, now go down and pack your things and get out of here!" Vernon Dursley, with veins on his forehead, growled loudly at Harry.
"What?!" Harry wondered if he had heard it wrong. Uncle Vernon let him leave the house, and Aunt Petunia, who was not far away, pursed her lips, but didn't object.
God, if it wasn't for the fact that the Masons were Muggles, Harry would have thought they had cast a terrible Confusion Charm on the Dursleys.
"Let's go, what are you still doing?" Ivan tugged Harry quietly.
"What did you say just now, why do I feel something is wrong." Looking at the smile on Ivan's face, Harry asked in surprise.
"It's nothing, if you want, I want to invite you to my house for the rest of the summer vacation."
"Is this true?!" Harry's voice rose sharply, then dropped again, "My uncle and aunt won't agree, I can't go anywhere, I think they'll keep me locked up ."
"Don't worry about this, you heard what your uncle just said!" Ivan blinked, "After my dad promised to give Mr. Dursley a large order for drilling rigs, your uncle and aunt were very happy to let you Visit my house until the end of summer vacation."
"Oh, God! Thank you, Ai Wen!" Harry didn't expect things to change so much, "As long as I can get out of here, I'm willing to go anywhere, but why are you helping me so much, you know, We just met for the first time..."
"Haha, it's nothing, I think as a senior, you shouldn't mind talking about Hogwarts with your dear junior."
Looking at Harry's surprised expression, Ivan took out the letter in his trouser pocket and shook it, and continued, "Also, I want to borrow Hedwig to use it, you know I don't have my own owl to reply to the school."
"Evan, you are actually a freshman at Hogwarts, which is amazing!" Harry was so happy, he never thought he would be so lucky.
He felt that today was completely his lucky day. First, seeing Dudley's unfortunate situation, he didn't need to be punished, and he was able to get rid of the Dursleys more than a month earlier. The most important point was that he actually met a new classmate.
"Come on, unless you want to stay and say goodbye to the Dursleys."
