I Have a Herniated Disc, so I Took the Last Day Off This Year.

It's like this.

I've been sick for a while, probably because of inflammation. After I recovered, my lumbar disc herniation became more serious. Today, I can't walk anymore. It hurts so much that I can't even sit still.

I'm definitely not satisfied with what I wrote in this state.

I took a leave on the last day of the month because my waist is really not good.
