Chapter 88 The Familiar Roaring Letter
I don't know how long they were busy, but Ron stood aside and watched the three of them using restoration spells to continuously restore the Gryffindor common room. And he also frowned, looking at his broken wand bitterly.
The moon climbed over the eaves. Fortunately, no one came down from upstairs during this period. Everyone was very tired after taking the train all day.
After saying good night to Hermione, Fan Lin and the other two tiredly turned to the direction of the boys' dormitory.
The door number changed from first grade to second grade. The even breathing sounds of the students reached the ears of the three of them through the door panel.
"Exciting, isn't it?"
"Yeah, it's really exciting." Harry nodded heavily. Fan Lin said exactly what he thought.
"Let's go in and sleep quickly. We have to figure out how to fix my wand tomorrow." Ron said with a sad face and pushed the door open.
"Good night, Harry."
…
"Are you sure this is really okay?" Hermione looked at Ron uncertainly.
Ron woke up in the morning and used a kind of magic tape to tape up the broken wand. There was another ridiculous yellow bag on the originally worn wand.
Now Ron was trying to wave his wand, but unfortunately, nothing happened except unstable magic sparks shooting out from the wand.
"Maybe you should consider changing to a wand." Fan Lin looked at Ron uncertainly. Ron was in very danger now. Fan Lin saw the magic sparks ejected from the wand creating a scorching fire on the long table. Burn some.
"How do I change it?" Ron looked frustratedly at his wand, which was still spraying magic sparks.
"My mother would kill me if I told her."
"Then you can't use this wand." Hermione put aside the copy of "Walking with Vampires" in her hand.
"That's it." Ron put the wand aside helplessly. He no longer wanted to pay attention to this stupid wand.
Harry sighed and thought about whether he should support Ron. This wand was really terrible.
Fan Lin had just started eating wheat porridge when hundreds of owls flew overhead. They flew in one after another and circled around the hall. Then, they threw letters and packages into the chattering crowd. A large, bulging package hit Neville on the head. Just a second later, an unknown gray object fell into Hermione's jar, spilling milk and feathers all over them.
"What?" Hermione frowned and wiped her book with her hands, looking extremely distressed.
"Erol..." Ron cried sadly as he took a gray owl out of the jar.
Errol held a flaming letter in his mouth, and everyone laughed when they saw the letter.
"Oh, no..." Ron's miserable scream resounded throughout the hall.
"No problem, he won't die." Hermione fed Errol's feathers with her hands while feeding him food.
"That's not it, Hermione." Fan Lin suppressed a smile, which made his voice very strange.
"Ron got another shouting letter from Mrs. Weasley."
After hearing this, Hermione burst into laughter.
"Just laugh as much as you want." Ron stared at the letter desperately, his originally miserable face now filled with numbness.
"Sorry, Ron..." Fan Lin's face turned red, "We didn't do this on purpose..."
"Ron, I advise you to open him up." Harry patted Ron on the shoulder. As a good brother, Harry still had to think about Ron.
"Before that, Fanlin, can you give me an ear-closing spell first?"
"Oh, of course." Fan Lin stretched out his hand and nodded at the people around him. With Fanlin's current level, such a simple spell can be cast silently and without a wand.
Smoke began to smoke from the corners of the letter, as if urging Ron to open it quickly.
Ron stretched out his hand tremblingly and opened the lacquered opening of the envelope. In an instant, Mrs. Weasley's familiar voice filled the hall again.
"...stealed the car, and I wouldn't be surprised if they kicked you out of school. You'd be in good shape if I caught you. I don't think you ever thought your parents would find out." How worried would I be if my car disappeared..."
Fanlin obviously underestimated the power of this roaring letter. After being weakened by the ear-closing spell, Mrs. Velez's voice was still so explosive.
The sound of the roaring letter is determined by the inner anger of the writer, which shows how angry Mrs. Velez is.
Fan Lin also saw that the spoons and forks on the table kept vibrating on the table, which forced Fan Lin to steady these poor tableware with his hands.
"...I received Dumbledore's letter last night. I think your dad will die of shame. We never taught you to do things like this. You and Harry should have died..."
Harry heard the sound of his name and wanted to get under the table.
"...You stole that damn car. Do you know how much trouble you brought to the family? Your father is currently suspended from the Ministry of Magic for investigation..."
Ron lowered his head lower and his face turned red.
The fiery red lips turned around again and aimed at a little girl with fiery red hair, who should be the student who had just entered Gryffindor.
"...Oh, baby Ginny, mom and dad congratulate you on entering Gryffindor. We are very proud of you..."
The little girl named Ginny rolled her eyes. No one wanted to hear her name in the yelling letter, and in front of so many people.
Hermione secretly told Fan Lin that Ginny's full name was Ginny Velez, Ron's biological sister, and she was the same age as Fan Lin. Hermione always likes to make trouble with Fan Lin's age, which can be reflected in Hermione's letter to Fan Lin.
"...It's simply a disgrace to the family." The letter turned to Ron again. "Your dad has been suspended from work for questioning. This is all your fault! If you dare to make another wrong step, we will take you home immediately."
At this point, as the fiery red roaring letter burned in the air and turned into smoke, everyone's torture was considered to have come to an end. Of course, this does not include Ron.
"Look away, Ron." Harry rubbed his ears. Although there was an ear-closing spell, it was still a very bad thing to feel the power of the roaring letter at such a close distance.
"Don't tell me that you didn't expect the consequences of this." Hermione closed the book.
"Don't say I deserve it..." Ron retorted.
"It's my fault too." Harry was very upset now. Mr. Weasley was suspended because of him. (To be continued)
