Chapter 112: Quiet Hogwarts

Harry and Vanlin have been having a hard time these days, of course, because of Mrs. Norris who was petrified.

Even though they have proved to Dumbledore that Mrs. Norris was not the one who caused it, the students of Hogwarts don't think so.

Especially when everyone saw the words written in blood on the wall, it didn't look like a prank at all.

A faint sense of uneasiness spread from the hearts of all the little wizards.

Early this morning, when everyone was having breakfast, someone pointed at Vanlin and others from time to time, as if they had determined that these things were inseparable from them.

"Forget it, Harry, don't care about these things." Vanlin patted Harry on the shoulder, although everyone's eyes made them very uncomfortable.

And just now, Fred and George jokingly praised Harry and Vanlin for petrifying the damn cat.

This made Harry extremely angry. Fortunately, Harry didn't explode like this. Under the persuasion of the three, Harry finally stabilized his emotions a little. Although the Veles brothers have always wanted to get rid of the damn cat.

"You know, Fred and George were just joking." Ron said awkwardly on the side. His two brothers had caused him a lot of trouble.

"Fanlin... Harry..." Laura came over from the door, but his identity as a Slytherin made him seem out of place with Gryffindor.

"How about I testify for you and let everyone know that this matter has nothing to do with you."

"No need, Laura." Fanlin smiled bitterly, "In fact, this is useless. No one will believe it, and many Gryffindors celebrated Mrs. Norris's experience."

"What are you doing, Laura Chris?" Malfoy's voice came from the long table of Slytherin. He and his two idiots walked towards this side step by step.

"Are you kowtow to the savior? Or do you like him, a man with a split head?" The words were full of ridicule to Harry, which was Malfoy's usual style.

"Malfoy, you are really disgusting..." Laura looked at Malfoy who walked in with a gloomy look. She wanted to hit Malfoy hard on the face a few times.

"Why, did I make you unhappy? Laura Chris?"

"Malfoy, you must have brushed your teeth with cow dung this morning..." Hermione glared at Malfoy.

"Shut up, Mudblood!" Malfoy looked at Hermione viciously, "But you won't have a good time for a few days, right?"

After saying that, without waiting for the reaction of Glandor's people, Malfoy left with his two followers without looking back.

"Sorry..." Laura bowed deeply to Hermione.

"It's not your fault, Laura." Hermione waved her hands quickly, and Laura's apology made her very awkward.

"No, I apologize to you on behalf of the wizard family. Malfoy's style seriously discredited this honor."

For a moment, everyone fell silent. The bloodline of wizards is a very taboo word now. After all, there was once such a person who almost destroyed the entire wizarding world under the banner of bloodline theory.

"I think I'm leaving here." Laura said, holding her book, turned around and walked out of the hall.

The first class was Professor McGonagall's Transfiguration class. Given Professor McGonagall's majesty, no one dared to be late for even a minute.

Fan Lin and the other four hurried to the classroom and found their seats. This class was with Slytherin. Given what happened in the hall just now, after Fan Lin and the others came in, they just nodded to Laura, the new friend of Slytherin, and didn't look at her any more. Malfoy was lazily lying on the table. Just when Fan Lin and the other four passed by him, Malfoy snorted at Hermione with ill intentions.

"Okay, open page 143 of your textbook. Today we are going to learn how to turn living things into dead things. Everyone knows this spell, right?"

Professor McGonagall took out his wand and tapped the parrot on the desk.

"VeraVerto!"

The originally living parrot changed its current form at a very fast speed. On the desk, where the parrot originally stood, there was an exquisite crystal goblet.

This is a necessary means for Professor McGonagall to teach. The exquisite spell casting can always attract the attention of most young wizards, but unfortunately, it is not applicable today. Everyone's attention is not on learning.

"Who can demonstrate it?" Professor McGonagall glanced at him, "It's you, Mr. Ron Velez."

Ron sat up straight with difficulty. He was not sure whether his wand could do the job.

Ron's fat mouse Banban, who was missing a little finger, was lying on the table in a daze. Ron's transformation target was this stupid mouse.

"VeraVerto!"

Ron's wand did not spray unnecessary black smoke and magic sparks as before, but the effect of the spell was not satisfactory.

The body of the mouse Banban kept surging, and soon turned into a goblet, if that could be considered a cup.

The entire body of the cup is covered with mottled fur, which looks very disgusting. There is also a rat tail next to the cup, and it is constantly shaking, which looks very funny.

"I think you must change your wand as soon as possible, Mr. Veles." Professor McGonagall said seriously, but no one laughed, and the atmosphere in the class was still so quiet.

Hermione suddenly raised her hand. As the top student in the class, Hermione was deeply loved by Professor McGonagall.

"Would you like to demonstrate, Miss Granger?" Professor McGonagall pushed her glasses. She was very happy that the class had returned to its old atmosphere. But this was not what Professor McGonagall wanted.

"I'm sorry, Professor McGonagall." Hermione frowned and looked at Professor McGonagall with a serious expression, "Can you tell us about the secret room?"

Hermione's voice kept echoing in the classroom, and everyone was holding their breath and concentrating. Everyone's eyes were on Professor McGonagall.

"Miss Granger..." Professor McGonagall pursed her lips. She wanted to refuse this request that had nothing to do with the class.

Professor McGonagall walked back and forth in front of the classroom. She felt everyone's intentions and was now considering the pros and cons of speaking out about this matter.

"Well, Miss Granger..." Professor McGonagall's face turned pale, "Then I will tell you about this Chamber of Secrets." (To be continued)
