Wisdom is for people to look away, not for people to let go. Obsession with this kind of thing is the root of human nature, and the seven emotions and six desires are human nature. If you let go of everything, cut off everything, and become a monk with all four elements empty, then what is the difference from being a hollow puppet.
It's a very simple truth, but some people can't figure it out. For the sake of the so-called Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, I don’t know how many people are willing to let go of everything around them and cut off all the desires in their hearts. Dare not love, dare not hate, dare not dream, dare not resent. Even if such a person lives in the Paradise of Ultimate Bliss and can enjoy hundreds of millions of years, what is the point?
There is love and hate, there is ignorance and resentment. This is what a real living person should look like. It's like the kind of Buddhism that has nothing in all four elements and can let go of everything. It's just the walking dead. From this point of view, Duhua has actually entered the evil way. But it is undeniable that even if this is an evil way, its power should not be underestimated.
So far, the highest record of Buddhist teaching is Indra.
Indra is the main god of Hinduism, Indra, the god of rain, thunder and war. At the same time, he is also Emperor Shitian, Emperor Nengtian. Even in the entire complex Indian god system, he is still a pivotal existence, and his status is so high that it can be said that he is only under the three main gods.

As the ruler of the Paradise of Paradise in the Western Paradise, he is now the Buddha of Buddhism. Tathagata knew very well in his heart that the development of Buddhism's influence had reached a bottleneck. Avalokitesvara, Ksitigarbha, one cannot become a Buddha without a wish. And as long as they cannot become Buddhas for a day, then it is absolutely impossible for them to open up a world of bliss like themselves.
The Paradise of Ultimate Bliss is the root of Buddhism. Back when Buddhism was powerful, the three worlds stood side by side, even in the face of attacks from many gods, they were able to gain a firm foothold, and even said that they would not fall behind.
As a latecomer, this is the reason why Shakyamuni was able to make Buddhism grow. The way of Buddhism is indeed not to be underestimated.
It's just a pity that they were a little carried away at the beginning, and gave the Brahmans and other gods a chance to carry out various plans to destroy the entire Buddhism. And when the eastern glazed world collapsed, the central whirling world died with the death of Sakyamuni. Only he was left with his own Paradise to keep the remnants of Buddhism, and went away.
For so many years, Tathagata has been planning to restore Buddhism to its heyday. Because only in this way can the Buddhist sect truly stand up against the Taoist sect and the heavenly court, instead of being dragged by the second brother to fight against the boss like a little brother. It's just a pity that this kind of idea is very good, but in practice, it may not be so easy.
Buddhism pays attention to proving the way. But all practitioners of the bodhisattva practice can make great vows to prove their own way, and finally achieve the Buddhahood in practice. When Buddhism flourished, there were thirty-five Buddhas, but judging from this number, we can know that the process of enlightenment is actually not difficult. As long as you find a tricky method, you can eventually become a Buddha.
However, there is also a difference between Buddha and Buddha. Monkeys who become monks halfway through are not counted as names. For example, the normal, Zhantan Gongde Buddha certified by Jin Chanzi's reincarnation. The great wish he made is to teach the Dharma, and the process of realizing his great wish is the so-called ninety-nine and eighty-one difficulties.
That sounds like a lot, but it's not that hard to do the math. There are four disciples escorting it, and there are a bunch of gods and Bodhisattvas covering it. In the final analysis, it is just a thrilling, but safe and wonderful journey. The whole process cannot be said to be easy and casual, but it must not be regarded as extremely difficult. Compared with Ksitigarbha King's great wish to never become a Buddha, and Avalokitesvara's road to enlightenment to save all living beings, there is definitely a gap between clouds and mud.
And that's why Jin Chanzi didn't even have the chance to show his face here even though he had become a Buddha. His Buddha is too watery, so big that he can't show it at all. This is the same as when the Americans hold a security meeting of the Ministry of National Defense, it is impossible to include the chairmen of some cultural and religious associations. You are not qualified for this at all.
What the Tathagata wants is not this kind of Buddha, what he wants is a respected Buddha, a holy Buddha who can open up a world and become a Buddha as a ancestor. And counting the current Western Paradise, there are only two people who have this qualification, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva.
It's just that although these two people have this qualification, they can't be counted on in a short time. If he wanted to open a gap in this area, he had to find another target. The appearance of Zhou Yi obviously gave him hope.
The Eight Lords are the rulers of this world, and he is very clear about this. And it was precisely because of this that he moved his mind. For him, as long as Zhouyi can be included in Buddhism, then he will make some more plans and calculations. It is absolutely possible for Zhou Yi to refine this world and make it his own Buddhist kingdom.
And as long as this world becomes a Buddhist country, then the great prosperity of Buddhism is already a foregone conclusion. At that time, no matter whether it is the heavenly court or the Daoist sect, under such a general trend, there will be no other choice but to obey and follow the trend.
This is the plan in Tathagata's heart, and it is also his biggest plan. As for his plan, Taibai Jinxing must not know about it. However, although he didn't know Tathagata's plan, he knew very well that this guy who smiled at the world on the surface must have a conspiracy.
The transformation of the Eight Lords into the Buddha of Ultimate Bliss, this kind of thing can be big or small. To put it mildly, Xitian is nothing more than an extra terrifying Buddha. With the cooperative relationship between Heavenly Court and Buddhism, it will only be the Taoist sect that has a headache, not them. But on a larger scale, the situation is different.
Taibai Jinxing will never forget his identity as an outsider from Buddhism. Perhaps looking at it now, Buddhism and Heaven are in a cooperative relationship, and the harmony between the two parties is like mixing oil with honey. However, this is based on the premise that the Taoist sect is powerful.
