Chapter 658: Temptation

At this time Tang Xuanzang said to Sun Wukong:

"Wukong, we have been walking for such a long time, and I feel like nothing has happened. This journey is so peaceful. There are also strange flowers and plants in the mountains. It feels very beautiful."

"I want to sit here and rest for a while. I happen to be hungry too. You can go and bring me some food somewhere else."

When Sun Wukong heard this, he said to Tang Xuanzang: "Master, since you have said this, you should get off your horse first, and I will go and transform it for you now."

Tang Xuanzang really got off his horse. Zhu Bajie tied the horse to a tree. Sha Wujing put down his luggage, took out the bowl and handed it to Sun Wukong. Sun Wukong said:

"During the Qingming Festival, we were sweeping graves together outside. Just after we burned the paper money, we heard gongs and drums announcing. Then suddenly some robbers appeared and attacked us with swords and guns. We were scared to death."

"My father and mother each escaped with their lives, but I was too young to run away. I tripped over a stone and fell to the ground, and was abducted into the mountains by the bandits."

"The first king wanted me to be his wife, and the second king wanted me to be his wife. The others were all coveting my beauty, so they all quarreled, but I don't know what happened to them. They all tied me up in the forest. Afterwards, they left."

After saying this, the monster began to cry. Tang Xuanzang was really very kind and couldn't help but shed tears. He said in a choked voice: "Bajie, come here quickly."

At the same time, Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing, who were traveling around the mountains and rivers, heard Tang Xuanzang's miserable voice. Zhu Bajie said to Sha Wujing: "Master, what's going on? Is he any relative?"

Sha Wujing tugged on Zhu Bajie's ear and said, "Second senior brother, please don't talk nonsense. We didn't see anyone at all when we came here. How could you say such a thing?"

Zhu Bajie immediately explained to Sha Wujing: "If it wasn't like this, then why was the master crying there? Let's go over and take a look."

Sha Wujing came with a load, came to Tang Xuanzang's side, and said to Tang Xuanzang: "Master, what happened? Bajie and I both heard you crying there."

After saying this, the response he received was that Tang Xuanzang pointed at the woman on the tree and said: "You two come over quickly and save this female Bodhisattva."

However, Zhu Bajie didn't know what to do and decided to take action. At this time, Sun Wukong saw that the black air in mid-air was even more intense, covering all the auspicious light, and he said repeatedly:

"It's not good now. This black air shrouding the auspicious light is probably a monster trying to harm the master. The matter of Hua Zhai is a trivial matter. I'll go see my master first."

After saying this, Sun Wukong stepped forward and saw Zhu Bajie untying the rope. Sun Wukong grabbed Zhu Bajie's ears and threw Zhu Bajie to the ground.
