Chapter 36 Slicing Is the Future of Magic
Although the Ministry of Magic has many shortcomings, Andy has no idea of overthrowing the Ministry of Magic and becoming the king himself. After all, the third generation Dark Lord is not that easy to be.
Andy doesn't like to manage others, especially in the magic world - that's a waste of time.
Andy prefers to study magic.
After traveling to this world, Andy has only one dream, which is to follow the path of magic to the end.
And the existence of the Ministry of Magic has indeed effectively managed the magic world and prevented the magic world from being exposed to the eyes of Muggles.
But the drawbacks of the Ministry of Magic must not be ignored.
Look at the little wizards in Hogwarts!
If you do a statistics, at least more than 90% of the little wizards in Hogwarts, their purpose of learning magic is just to find a decent job after graduation.
What's the difference between this and Muggles?
If the purpose of learning magic is just to work, it's better to live in the Muggle world, at least the living standards in the Muggle world are far higher than those in the magic world.
Of course, everyone has their own aspirations, and Andy will not impose his own ideas on others.
It's good to have like-minded friends, but it doesn't matter if there are none.
If possible, Andy wants to build a magic laboratory to study the nature of magic, or experiment with some forbidden magic.
Imagine if we dissect a wizard and observe his cell tissue under a microscope, will we find some differences from Muggles?
Or, when we want to conduct a dangerous magic experiment, if there is a wizard who can "volunteer" to act as a guinea pig, can we avoid some dangers?
Of course, Andy is not a dark wizard, and it is impossible for him to slice a wizard casually or do forbidden magic experiments on a wizard.
Andy still has a bottom line!
But... what if the other party is a dark wizard, or a Death Eater?
During the war, it should not be discovered if you secretly cut one or two Death Eaters, right?
Andy recalled.
There are seven Harry Potter books in total.
In other words, when Harry is in the seventh grade, it is time for the decisive battle with Voldemort.
If we take into account the preparation time of both parties, as well as the time Voldemort just resurrected and summoned his old subordinates, then Voldemort should have been resurrected when Harry was in the fourth or fifth grade.
"That means I still have four or five years to prepare."
Andy thought to himself: "I have the help of the system. If I work hard to learn magic next, it shouldn't be a problem to secretly knock down a Death Eater in four years, right?"
Stun, drag away, slice, one-stop service.
Thinking of this, Andy suddenly looked forward to Voldemort's resurrection.
With Dumbledore and Harry in the front to attract firepower, Andy can do his own little tricks in secret.
For example, the magic experiment of eroding the body with magic power, now all it needs is a Death Eater to "voluntarily" sacrifice himself.
"..."
Andy shook his head and temporarily dispelled these messy thoughts.
For now, Andy still has to learn magic step by step down to earth.
...
At around six o'clock in the afternoon, Andy and Hermione walked all the way down the stairs to the first floor, ready to go to the auditorium for dinner.
"Hello, classmate!"
Just after passing a corner on the first floor, Andy and Hermione were stopped by a senior Slytherin student.
"Uh, hello, what can I do for you?" Andy asked.
"I'm Jon Abercrombie, a third-year student in Slytherin."
Abercrombie said: "It's like this, we Slytherins are conducting a secret investigation, may I ask...are you satisfied with our Defense Against the Dark Arts professor? That is Professor Quirrell!"
Andy and Hermione looked at each other, and sure enough, he came.
"Quirrell?"
Andy raised his eyebrows and said in a dissatisfied tone: "Of course I'm not satisfied! He only knows how to read from the textbook. If such a person can be a professor, then I can be a professor too!"
Hermione also puffed up her cheeks and said: "And the smell in the classroom is terrible."
Aberk's face was happy when he heard this, "Then... if we have a chance to drive Professor Quirrell away and let the school replace us with a qualified professor... two juniors, are you willing?"
"Of course!"
Andy immediately pretended to be impatient, "What should we do?"
Aberk looked around, then mysteriously took out a piece of parchment and handed it to Andy, "You two... just sign your names on this parchment, as for the rest of the matter - leave it to us!"
Andy took it and took a look.
The parchment detailed the various crimes of Professor Quirrell, including but not limited to: stuttering, only knowing how to read textbooks, not understanding Defense Against the Dark Arts at all, not even teaching students to cast spells, not answering students' questions, and the classroom was full of disgusting smells...
These are still normal, but there are some abnormal things behind.
For example: harassing female classmates, harassing male classmates, confiscating student finances at will, suspected of being related to the Death Eaters, and even working for the mysterious man... and so on!
Good guy!
In short, after Andy read all the crimes of Quirrell, he felt that it would not be enough for such a person to be locked up in Azkaban for life.
He should be given a hot kiss by the Dementors.
The rest is some normal content.
Andy also saw some words he had said to Malfoy on it.
——We must defend our right to study to the death.
——Hogwarts belongs to the magic world, and even more to us students.
——We must not let Quirrell waste our precious time, this is slow murder!
It looks very passionate.
Behind it are dense student signatures. Andy took a rough look and found that there were only dozens of signatures in total.
Is the efficiency so slow?
Before Andy asked, Abercrombie explained: "So far, hundreds of students have signed on it, and this is just one of them."
Is that so!
There is nothing wrong with the complaint letter. Andy happily wrote his name and handed the complaint letter to Hermione.
Hermione hesitated for only 0.2 seconds and wrote her name on it.
"Senior Abercrombie, this complaint letter - I mean, when can Quirrell leave Hogwarts?" Andy handed the complaint letter to Abercrombie and asked by the way.
"It should be this month, right?"
Abercrombie was not sure. He was just a running errand boy in Slytherin, and he didn't know what the pure-blood descendants planned.
But it won't be later than the end of this month at the latest.
"I'm looking forward to it!"
Andy nodded and walked towards the hall with Hermione.
Abercrombie and Fitch retreated to the corner, quietly waiting for the next little wizard passing by to take the bait.
