Chapter 2015 Humiliation? (Please Give Me Double the Monthly Ticket!!! Please Subscribe!!! Please Recommend!!)

Zeus was right. The God-killing Bomb was just an idea from beginning to end and was never implemented... After all, if it were implemented, there would be no Pantheon. In fact, the Pantheon itself was dubious about the feasibility of the God-killing Bomb.

I'm half-convinced because this thing is theoretically possible.

I doubt it's because... if you just have a theory and want to turn it into reality, there's a huge gap!

The simplest example is nuclear weapons!

In the bright scientific sky of the 20th century, Einstein is undoubtedly the most dazzling star. His theory of relativity completely overturned the Newtonian mechanical system, and the mass-energy equation E=mc2 opened up mankind's understanding of atomic energy.

But the problem is that everyone knows E=mc2. The problem is that knowing this thing is useless!

You may remember the words atoms and isotopes from physics class—they are involved in the processes that trigger nuclear explosions. Then, you also know from the Internet that the energy of nuclear weapons comes either from the splitting of atoms or from the aggregation of particles inside atoms. As we have found, the principle of making an atomic bomb is no longer a secret. It is just like the drink we drink. There are all the recipes on the bottle, but having the recipe does not mean that you can really reproduce the drink.

In fact, the principles of the atomic bomb had become obvious as early as 1967, when three newly minted physics professors with no experience in nuclear weapons produced credible nuclear bomb design drawings. The three physicists were later recruited by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the United States. The laboratory employs researchers and assesses the difficulty of building nuclear weapons.

Facts have proved that the design is not difficult, but it is very difficult to turn the design drawings into physical objects. The most important part - materials (such as weapons-grade uranium) is very difficult.

Weapons-grade uranium, or the isotope uranium-235, is a highly unstable form with a concentration of less than 1% (around 0.7%) in dug uranium ores, and reaching weapons grade requires refining to at least 80% purity ( It is best to be above 90%). This is a bit difficult for many countries, but it is not particularly difficult for countries determined to launch nuclear projects, but it will definitely require a huge investment of manpower and material resources. One common method of extracting weapons-grade uranium is to use a gas centrifuge process that releases a conversion gas called uranium hexafluoride into a rotating cylinder. The force created by the rotating cylinder separates the U-235 isotope from the heavier U-238 isotope. Uranium-235 differs from uranium-238 in that it can undergo an induced fission chain reaction, a process that begins with neutrons splitting the atoms of a radioactive material, such as uranium, into smaller fragments.

When a split atom releases neutrons that hit other atoms and split them apart, a chain reaction occurs, unleashing the destructive power of an atomic bomb. To sustain the type of chain reaction necessary for an atomic bomb to explode, the atoms need to remain in a modified state called supercritical mass so that more than one of the free neutrons produced by each split strikes another atom, causing it to split . In a uranium bomb, the fuel is first stored as a separate subcritical mass to prevent the bomb from exploding prematurely, and then the two masses are combined together, creating a supercritical mass. The design of the atomic bomb also needs to allow enough chain reactions to occur before the initial energy generated by the explosion causes the bomb to fail. This is the trickier part of the atomic bomb.

There is another problem with atomic bombs made of uranium. This material happens to be the heaviest natural element in the world. A nuclear bomb requires about 15 kilograms of enriched uranium to operate. The huge size makes it difficult to match existing long-range missile systems. So there are atomic bombs using plutonium as raw material. Because plutonium is lighter, it can solve the "heavy" problem very well. Some scientists believe that 1 kilogram of plutonium-239 is enough to make a small nuclear weapon (some people think that 4 kilograms are needed)!

However, like uranium, it is difficult to extract, purify and compress plutonium. Even for countries with nuclear programs, processing plutonium is not an easy task. A huge, expensive chemical processing facility must be built.

Just like you know the recipe of a drink, but it's difficult to turn it into a commercial product! Simply having the enrichment capability to produce weapons-grade uranium or plutonium is not enough. From something that can be enriched to a certain level to manufacturing a nuclear warhead are two different concepts. This requires a large number of technical personnel, and this is not something that any country can do. Technical issues ranging from enrichment to building a successful nuclear bomb device to conventional missile delivery are only one aspect.

You can even find the principles and manufacturing methods of nuclear weapons online.

But can you do it?

Many countries can’t handle it!

So principle and reality are always two different things!

Just like Einstein, he discovered the formula, but in fact nuclear weapons had little to do with him.

Although many people may credit Einstein with the discovery of nuclear energy, he never actually worked directly in this area of research. However, a conclusion in his theory of special relativity provided the basis for the release of incredible amounts of energy from the tiny mass of the nucleus. Einstein's key idea was that energy and mass are equivalent. In this view, mass is frozen energy. As mentioned earlier, this conclusion is the famous formula E=mc2. Literally, energy equals mass times the speed of light squared. Because the speed of light is so great, its square—that is, the number multiplied by itself—is a huge number: 90 billion (dimension: km2/sec2). Therefore, even a tiny mass, multiplied by this number, will give a very large amount of energy. Although Einstein did not know how to release this potential energy, his theory pointed the way for other scientists to discover how to do so. Fission reactions and fusion reactions are two different mechanisms for releasing large amounts of potential energy in matter. Because of Einstein's reputation, he did make a difference, and President Franklin Roosevelt took notice of the possibility of the nuclear bomb. Einstein left Germany in 1932 to settle in the United States, working at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey. After discovering fission, exiled scientists Leo Szilard, Edward Teller, and Eugene Wigner persuaded Einstein to sign two letters (one in August 1939 and the other in March 1940) telling Roosevelt about the latest discoveries in fission and the possibility of Nazi Germany making nuclear weapons. However, Einstein did not participate in the Manhattan Project, which developed the first nuclear bomb.

In fact, Einstein did not know how to make an atomic bomb.

He just proposed an idea. It was Robert Oppenheimer who really made nuclear weapons. After witnessing the huge casualties caused by the atomic bomb, the father of the atomic bomb began to reflect on his role and expressed deep concern and regret about nuclear weapons.

On July 16, 1945, Oppenheimer watched the test explosion of the atomic bomb at the Alamogordo Test Site in New Mexico, USA. This success did not make him happy and satisfied, but shocked and regretted him deeply. He believed that the existence of this weapon would bring devastating consequences to the world. Oppenheimer said to then-US President Truman: "I am now the god of death, the destroyer of the world." He was proud and terrified of his creation. From then on, he began to publicly oppose the research and use of nuclear weapons such as hydrogen bombs, and called for the establishment of a supervision mechanism for the development of nuclear weapons and the peaceful use of nuclear energy. Oppenheimer's anti-war remarks caused dissatisfaction among the US government and military, who suspected him of being a "Soviet spy", dismissed him and launched an investigation against him.

In short, even if the god who came up with the god-killing bomb let him make a god-killing bomb himself now, it would take many years.

So Zeus always felt that it was a good move for him to sell Asgard!

He would be happy if Asgard and Gorr died!

"You are a coward!!!"

Thor was completely enraged by Zeus' words. He used to think that the Pantheon was a pile of shit, but he didn't know what kind of shit it was. After all, his understanding of the Pantheon was limited to his father's narration.

In fact, Asgard was very taboo about interacting with the Pantheon.

Because they were afraid that the Asgardians would learn bad things.

Enjoyment is basically everyone's instinct. No one would pursue pain for no reason. People often find trouble for themselves because they have their own purpose.

Asgard's goal is to survive Ragnarok.

But this thing can't be really made public. Can you tell your people that we will be finished sooner or later! Let's all be rotten!

The wind of enjoying luxury is the easiest to spread. Once Asgard indulges in it, Ragnarok will definitely not pass. It may even be finished before Ragnarok.

Faced with such a curse, Zeus's face flashed fiercely and he waved his hand.

The shackles on Kai and Thor were removed, but before they could react, two golden lightning bolts tied Kai and Thor's hands.

There is a story behind this golden chain.

This chain was made by Hephaestus, the god of fire.

Hephaestus was the son of Zeus and Hera, but because Hephaestus was ugly, Hera threw him under Mount Olympus. Hephaestus tumbled in the air for a day and landed on the island of Lemnos. He became a cripple from then on. Fortunately, he was picked up and adopted by Thetis, the goddess of the sea. When he grew up, he learned various crafts and then made an extremely beautiful chair - the throne of Hephaestus.

He quietly placed it in a place where his mother Hera, who did not acknowledge their relationship, must pass. The vain Hera was immediately hooked. She liked the charming chair and sat on it. Then, all her joints were locked by the golden chains that popped out of the chair, and she could not move, and her magic power disappeared. The gods asked Hephaestus to return to Mount Olympus and release Hera, but Hephaestus repeatedly refused. Dionysus, the god of wine, got Hephaestus drunk, put him on the back of a mule, and took him to Mount Olympus. Hephaestus made three requests: the first was that Hera admit her mistake in abandoning him; the second was that he admit his identity as the main god of Mount Olympus; the third was that he marry the goddess of love Aphrodite. In order to save herself, Hera agreed to Hephaestus' three requests (another theory is that the marriage between Hephaestus and Aphrodite was facilitated by Zeus, because Hephaestus was the most devoted of all the gods, and marrying Aphrodite to him could avoid discord among the gods because of Aphrodite). So after marrying Aphrodite, Hephaestus finally released Hera.

After becoming an Olympian god, Hephaestus built a magnificent palace for the gods. He also built a workshop on the mountain to forge tools. He made the shield Aegis for Zeus, the Bacchus staff for Dionysus, the sun chariot for Helios, the sun god, the golden and silver arrows for Eros, and the invulnerable armor for Achilles, the son of the sea goddess Thetis, and molded Pandora out of clay and made the metal giant Talos.

In addition, the chain that bound Prometheus was also of the same type, forged by Hephaestus, although he was very sad about it.

By the way, after Hera's rebellion failed, Zeus also used the same chain to lock her in the sky, even though she had cried so hard and was extremely miserable, it was useless.

This thing is that chain.

This thing can tie up gods and make them dare not resist.

Zeus ignored Thor again. To be honest... Zeus really has no good way to deal with Thor.

Kill him?

Do you believe that Asgard will go to war tomorrow?

In addition, Odin was just injured, not blown out the candle and pulled out the wax. Do you really think that the tiger has become a vegetarian because it is old?

Even if Odin was injured, he could still hold Zeus with one hand.

There is no way. Believing in God and absorbing the power of faith has many benefits, but the upper limit is so high.

After all, believers... It is impossible to suddenly increase.

What's more, the Pantheon has been implementing a policy of cutting leeks, and the population control is very strict.

Many years ago, Zeus couldn't beat Odin, and many years later, he still couldn't beat him.

Gods like Odin and Thor don't rely on the power of faith at all, but on their own training and fighting. Their upper limit is very high.

So Zeus ignored Thor and looked at Kai.

"How dare you appear in front of me... You are contemptuous and humiliating me!"

Then he waved his hand, and Kai's clothes disappeared.

Then there was an exclamation at the scene.

Kai's figure is really great, especially the second brother, who is even more majestic.

A group of goddesses were so excited that they couldn't close their legs...mouths.

Zeus swore that he just did that just to humiliate Kai.

As a result... In a sense, this made Kai famous.

Kai actually felt very unhappy.

But when dealing with enemies, remember a principle, never do what he wants you to do.

Zeus just did this to embarrass Kai.

If Kai gets angry at this time, or if he has any cover-up or escape behavior,

That means Zeus's humiliation was successful.

So Kai suppressed his displeasure and looked at Zeus with an indifferent face.

"How is it? Do you feel inferior? But I declare in advance that I am not gay... and don't stare at my Dick, even if I am gay, I won't look for someone like you."

Zeus seemed a little absent-minded.

He was just like Hera...

He was a little embarrassed and a little curious... Don't get me wrong, it's the curiosity you think. This guy is both male and female, and doesn't care about raw or cold.

This guy is very normal even with humans and animals, and he probably has played with eye crimes!

Don't overestimate his moral integrity... This guy doesn't have any!
