As soon as Tang Xuanzang finished speaking, the cashier Dawei Tianlong hit the black water. After a while, a person suddenly came from above.

The man rowed the boat. He came to the side of the four masters and disciples, smiled and said to everyone:

"These elders are so angry. The water in this river is so peaceful. Why do you want to make it rough?"

After the man said this, he looked slowly and shined a light in Tang Xuanzang's eyes.

After Tang Xuanzang and Zhu Bajie saw the man rowing the boat, they immediately felt very happy. Zhu Bajie quickly said to the man:

"My master, who just happened to have a ferry, wants to cross the river now. Could you please go with one so that he can take us across the river together?"

Hearing this, the man looked at his boat, then at the four masters and apprentices and the white dragon horse behind them, and slowly said:

"I want to take you all over, but my boat is so big, how can I take you all over at once? My boat can only carry one person on it now."

Upon hearing this, Zhu Bajie thought carefully for a long time and said to Tang Xuanzang:

"Master, why don't you let the third junior brother and the third junior brother look at the luggage now? When the time comes, the two of us will go there first, and then the boatman will come back and continue to pick up the third junior brother and the monkey brother."

When Sun Wukong heard this, he immediately knew what Zhu Bajie meant. Then Sun Wukong said to Tang Xuanzang:

"Master, don't say anything more now. You and Bajie can go up first. Wujing and I will learn the art of soaring into the clouds and riding on the mist in a while. We can just lead the horses over there in a while."

Tang Xuanzang heard this and got on the boat with Zhu Bajie. When the boatman arrived in the middle of the river, suddenly there were blue waves and a strong wind.

That wind was caused by the boatman, and it turned out that the boatman was the monster in the Blackwater River. After seeing Tang Xuanzang and Zhu Bajie, he suddenly felt a trace of greed and disappeared without a trace.

After a while, Sha Wujing and Sun Wukong waited for a long time, but did not notice the arrival of the boatman. Sun Wukong suddenly felt very panicked.

Sun Wukong worriedly said to Sha Wujing:

"Why haven't I seen the boatman come back after such a long time? And I feel a little panicked now. Could it be that something happened to the master?"

"Brother Monkey, why didn't you say so earlier? You stay on the shore and watch the horses and luggage, I'll go in the water to look for them."

Sha Wujing said to Sun Wukong seriously:

"This water is calmer than my Quicksand River. Since I can adapt to the Quicksand River, let alone this kind of water."
