Chapter 44: Coming to the Door

Lanzhi swallowed with her neck straight while looking at the white flour cake in the bowl. She quickly put the cake back into Gu Fei's bowl, "I'll eat this."

Gu Fei shook her head, "I can't eat it, how can you eat it? Don't make it hard on yourself."

Lanzhi waved her hands vigorously, "No, I must eat it. I should eat whatever the aunt and the others eat. I, I will get used to it soon."
