Clow Card Magician in Marvel

Chapter 7 Shooting

Under the night, a white figure secretly shuttled through the sky above the city.

Jumping and spinning, with the white silk thread shooting out from the wrist, the figure landed steadily on the roof of a high-rise building in Queens.

"How is it, did you take a picture?" Gwen took off her hood and spider mask, and asked Su Heng excitedly who was holding a camera on the roof.

"I took it." Su Heng looked at Gwen who came over with a helpless face, and turned on the playback function of the camera in his hand for the young lady to appreciate.

"Cool!" Gwen looked at her agile appearance in the camera, and the light in her eyes was extremely brilliant.

"So what do you want to do with this? Make a debut video?" Su Heng handed the camera in his hand to Gwen and asked her curiously.

"Of course not." Gwen held the camera, touched the ground with her toes slightly, and then flipped and jumped to sit on the eaves beside her.

"This world doesn't need any Spider-Woman." Gwen swung her calves, looked at the busy streets and bright lights, and said with a smile: "I don't want to cause any trouble to my father."

"As for why you want to shoot this?" Gwen tossed the camera in her hand, and caught it steadily in Su Heng's nervous eyes: "I just want to leave a little memory for myself."

"Huh, it really sounds like something that a retired old hero who has experienced many storms can say." Su Heng walked to Gwen's side, took back the camera in her hand, and gently tapped her forehead. : "But you can actually say such things, you deserve the good things I said for you in front of Mr. George and Ms. Helen the other day."

"Hehe, isn't that what you should do?" Gwen raised her chin with some pride: "After all, you did this to gain the favor of Spider-Woman!"

"Yes, yes, yes." Su Heng said perfunctorily. He felt the cold wind blowing from the high-rise building, shrank his neck and asked Gwen: "So, dear Miss Spider-Woman, can we go back?"

"Let's go." Gwen tilted her head and looked at Su Heng who was shivering from the cold, and stood up with a smile.

The two walked to the stairwell. Su Heng was responsible for installing the camera, and Gwen took out the coat from her backpack and put it on herself. When she was about to go downstairs.

Bang!

A gunshot rang in the sky above the street. Gwen's footsteps stopped instantly and turned to look under the eaves of the rooftop.

"Manager, someone is injured." Gwen took off her coat and threw it to Su Heng, then put on a spider mask and hood: "I'm going to chase the guy who committed the crime. You can call an ambulance for the injured."

"Hey, Gwen!" Su Heng wanted to say something, but at this moment Gwen jumped down from the rooftop and chased the attacker with a spider web in the air.

"You bastard" Su Heng looked at Gwen who disappeared without a trace, and couldn't help but muttered softly: "I shouldn't have praised you just now."

Although he said that, Su Heng still dutifully followed Gwen's instructions and dialed the ambulance emergency number.

When Su Heng took the elevator downstairs with two backpacks on his back, the place where the victim was attacked was already surrounded by people.

"Oh my God, what happened?"

"I heard that someone hijacked the car and the old man was shot."

"Have you called the police? Where's the ambulance?"

"I called them all and they're on their way."

Su Heng walked through the crowd and saw the old man lying on the ground.

The old man was wearing a gray-brown jacket and was shot in the right chest. Blood was constantly flowing out of the wound. His pale face and dying appearance made the onlookers unable to bear to look directly at him.

"Excuse me, are there any doctors or nurses around?" Su Heng asked the onlookers.

Unfortunately, the onlookers either kept silent or shook their heads slightly.

But if he just waited for the ambulance to arrive, I'm afraid the old man wouldn't make it to that time.

Su Heng looked at the little light in the old man's cloudy eyes, which was the desire for life.

"Okay." Su Heng sighed, put down his backpack and half-knelt on the ground.

Su Heng took out a bag of unopened gauze and cotton balls from his backpack. This was originally prepared today to prevent Gwen from falling, but he didn't expect to use it here.

"Old man, I'm not a professional." Su Heng tore off the gauze and cotton balls and said to the old man: "I can only help you stop the bleeding at most. As for whether you can hold on until the ambulance comes, it depends on your own luck."

Having said that, while helping the old man stop the bleeding, Su Heng gently put the card he had just taken out of the backpack on the old man's body.

"The seal is lifted." With Su Heng's low murmur, the card emitted a faint light that the onlookers could not detect.

As the faint light dissipated, the old man only felt that his eyelids were getting heavier and heavier, and soon fell into a deep sleep.

"It can only be like this." Su Heng looked at the old man who fell into a deep sleep and his body functions began to become more and more sluggish, and sighed slightly.

It makes the seriously injured person fall into a deep sleep, thus reducing the body's functions to the lowest loss state.

This can also be regarded as an alternative use of the Sleeping Card.

But Su Heng had no idea whether he could hold on until the ambulance arrived, so he said this to the old man.

As it turned out, the New York police were quite efficient at least in Queens. While Su Heng was stopping the bleeding of the old man, the police car had already arrived at the crime scene.

After the two police officers asked about what happened at the crime scene, they set up a cordon to prevent the crowds from destroying the scene.

Although there was nothing worth destroying.

"So are you a relative of this old man?" A police officer asked Su Heng, who had just bandaged the old man.

"Of course not, I was just passing by." Su Heng answered the police officer's question while standing on tiptoe to look outside the street, wondering if there was an ambulance.

"Oh no, Uncle Ben!" Just as Su Heng was talking to the police officer, a voice with a little despair came from the side of the two.

What a coincidence?

Su Heng looked at Peter Parker kneeling in front of the old man and couldn't help but raise his eyebrows.

"What happened?" Peter felt the coldness of the old man's hand and looked around in confusion.

"I'm sorry, kid." The police officer patted Peter on the shoulder: "This is a robbery and shooting case. Our other police officers are now chasing the murderer. Don't worry, he can't get away."

Before the voice fell, a message came from the intercom on the shoulder of the police officer.

"Zi-this is Bob, the perpetrator has been caught." Although the perpetrator has been caught, in the intercom, the voice of police officer Bob did not have the slightest joy, but a little annoyance.

"Damn, why is there another masked man who is brave enough to do justice? Doesn't this make our police stupid?"
