Chapter 425: Confucianism, Military, Mohism, Yin and Yang, Vertical and Horizontal, Heart and Agriculture
Through reading, we can understand the truth and practice morality, benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and trustworthiness.
Through the six arts of courtesy, music, archery, charioteering, calligraphy and mathematics, we can cultivate our mind and purify our body and mind.
In the process of continuous practice and cultivation, we can constantly purify our spirit and make it stronger, and then use the power of spiritual creation to realize our wishes at the beginning of cultivation.
The most difficult point in the whole process is: not changing our original intention.
If an ordinary person practices this method, he will start practicing after he has awakened his spirit and wisdom, which is about the age of more than ten years old. At this time, he sets his own ambitions and keeps seeking the same goal in the future. Then the chance of success in the end will be very high.
However, if people want to keep their original intentions, how difficult it is.
Just as the wish of childhood may be just to run and play as much as you want, the wish of youth may become to travel freely with a sword, the desire of youth may be to be accompanied by a beauty, the financial difficulties of middle-aged people may want to be rich, and the weak body of old age may want to be healthy and live a hundred years.
Or, when young, they were ignorant of the immensity of the world and set too high aspirations as their cultivation goals, such as world peace, saving the world, etc. These aspirations seem powerful, but when they never make any progress in their cultivation, they will be destroyed.
To remain true to one's original aspiration, to be down-to-earth, to persevere, and to work hard are the four major difficulties in Confucian cultivation.
It sounds easy, but it is completely different in practice. If you relax a little and take a wrong step, the difficulty of cultivation will double.
Just like smoking, how many people thought that they would smoke casually when they first started smoking, and they would not smoke if they wanted to, but once they took this step, how many people could finally look back?
Many small bad habits in life, even many mistakes and crimes, at the beginning, the idea was just that I had made this little mistake, and I would not do it if I wanted to, so what if I indulged myself for a while?
But little did they know that once the monkey mind was released, it was out of control, and the bottom line was stepped out step by step.
However, it is precisely these difficulties that can eventually train a true person who has attained the Tao. Although it is a hardship, it is also a test.
After Li Yang created this method, he naturally did not need to do it step by step like ordinary people. His spiritual nature had long been extremely powerful under the creation of the Nascent Soul, and he could easily find it. He just cultivated his spiritual nature step by step according to the method he created, wiped off the dust, and soon he could make his spiritual nature grow, so that he could achieve the perfection of his spiritual nature just by getting the ambition.
And Li Yang's ambition was to get the Tao.
What is getting the Tao?
Practicing one's own Tao, constantly moving forward on the path you pursue, and walking on the right path is getting the Tao.
To understand the principles of all things in the world, to put external things aside, to put the world aside, to put life and death aside is to get the Tao.
To achieve the right result, to become an immortal, and to be immortal is to get the Tao.
In the end, Li Yang's answer was that if he was satisfied in his heart, he would get the Tao.
"I am basically satisfied with everything now, but I still have a long way to go to get rid of that demon ancestor in terms of practice."
Li Yang's heart was moved. It was difficult for him to achieve enlightenment in practice, but he was not worried.
Because this method has its own mystery.
Although he did not achieve enlightenment himself, as long as he continued to practice the five virtues and practice the six arts, he would eventually be able to achieve enlightenment through the power gained from these practices.
"The power of the soul."
At this point in his practice, Li Yang's Confucian practice method he created was basically completed. The only thing left was to cultivate the soul on a daily basis. He felt the power of the practice method he created, and he couldn't help but sigh in his heart.
No wonder Confucianism can become the top school in the world, and even decided to silence all schools of thought and respect Confucianism.
If there really was practice, the Confucian practice method was too buggy. Which king would not want such a power to make his wishes come true?
A group of Confucian practitioners work together for a goal, then no matter how grand the goal is, it can be successfully achieved, and even change the world!
This is the terrifying part of Confucian monks.
It seems that they don’t have the magical powers of Taoism, the mysterious mind of Buddhism, or the power of martial arts, but as the saying goes, magical powers cannot defeat destiny. Even if the magical powers are powerful, can they guarantee that his ambitions, ideals or wishes will be realized?
And the great Confucian monks must have realized their ideals and wishes.
After completing the practice, Li Yang sighed in his heart. He immediately moved his mind and spread this [Virtue Art Five Elements Six Will Sutra] to the world for people to practice, adding another path of practice (previously written as Six Virtues Sutra, which has been revised)
"Taoism cultivates the power of body and spirit, Buddhism cultivates the power of mind, martial arts cultivates the treasure ship of flesh, and Confucianism cultivates the realization of nature and spirit."
After Li Yang completed the practice of Confucianism, he had many more insights in his heart. He continued to explore and the knowledge of [Mohism] emerged.
Mohism is one of the hundreds of schools of thought. Mohism emphasizes the concept of the whole, advocating "universal love", "advocating the same", frugality, opposition to music, "advocating the virtuous", etc.
"Mohism is frugal but difficult to follow, so its affairs cannot be followed everywhere; however, its strong foundation is frugality, which cannot be abandoned." (Sima Qian, "On the Essentials of the Six Schools")
When the blind do it, they see the benefits of frugality, and then use it as an impoliteness, and promote the idea of universal love, but do not know how to distinguish between relatives and strangers. ("Han Shu·Yiwenzhi")
"Mencius": "Yang Zhu and Mo Di's words are full of the world. The world's words, if not attributed to Yang, then to Mo. Yang's self-centeredness is no king; Mo's universal love is no father. No father and no king. It is a beast." It proves the former glory of Mohism.
Yang and Mo are two sides of the same coin, so they complement each other. However, people from ancient times to the present have always evaluated Yang and Mo with Mencius' general way of thinking of "distance between Yang and Mo", which is unfair.
The Mohist School originated in the Warring States Period. The founder was Mo Di (Mozi). The Mohist School was a strictly disciplined group, whose leader was called "Ju Zi". Its members had to promote the Mohist ideas when they served as officials in various countries, and their salaries had to be contributed to the group. The Mohist School focused on the current wars; in the later period, the Mohist School made important contributions in logic, optics and other fields.
Mozi was the only philosopher in Chinese history who was born as a farmer. He served as a doctor in the State of Song. He was not only a famous thinker, educator, but also a scientist and military strategist. Mozi was born as a small handicraftsman, proficient in equipment manufacturing, and was a famous military machinery manufacturing expert at the time. His technology was as famous as that of the famous Gongshu Ban (i.e. Lu Ban) of the same generation.
The ten major principles of Mohism are: respect for the virtuous, respect for the same, universal love, non-aggression, frugality, frugal burial, heaven's will, understanding ghosts, non-music, non-fatalism. That is, love people equally (universal love), oppose war (non-aggression), advocate frugality and oppose extravagance and waste (frugality).
In the early stage, Mohism proposed an experience-based cognitive method in epistemology, advocating "hearing and seeing" and "taking reality and name".
In general, Mohism is a school that advocates pragmatism and has the idea of universal harmony.
Li Yang comprehended the knowledge and finally comprehended a method [Great Unity of Will and Heaven].
This method of practice focuses on practicing will, integrating the will of the people with personal will, and even changing the world.
It has two directions of practice: gathering people and wandering.
The more people who gather people, the stronger their power will be.
The wanderer hone his will, influence the world with personal power, and finally reach the peak.
When you practice to the highest level, the world will follow your will, which is the power of will.
Li Yang naturally wouldn't do any multiple-choice questions. He went to the apocalyptic world and the magic world several times, put forward some ideas that he already agreed with, and quickly promoted them vigorously. He easily reached the peak in the state of gathering people and obtained the top will fruit.
Then he cultivated his personal will until he reached the effect that his will could change the surrounding area, and then he was satisfied to pass on this Mohist method.
After the Mohist method, Li Yang immediately began to comprehend the [Military] method.
Some people believe that the military school originated from the Nine Heavens Mysterious Woman, some people believe that the ancestor of the military school was Lv Shang, and some people believe that the military school originated from the Legalists, but the most convincing statement for contemporary people is that the military school began with the military sage Sun Wu. According to the "Book of Han·Yiwenzhi", the military school is divided into four categories: military power strategists, military situation strategists, military yin and yang strategists, and military skills strategists. Representative figures of the military school include Sun Wu and Sima Rangju in the Spring and Autumn Period, Sun Bin, Wu Qi, Wei Liao, Zhao She, Bai Qi in the Warring States Period, Zhang Liang and Han Xin in the early Han Dynasty. Today, there are military works such as "The Art of War by Sun Tzu", "The Art of War by Sun Bin", "Wu Zi", "Six Strategies", "Wei Liao Zi", "Wu Qi Jing", etc.
The military practice is the killing spirit in the army, good at military formations, good at fighting, and invincible. Li Yang comprehended it very quickly.
Finally, combining many military books and ideas, he created a [Military Warfare]
Military Warfare uses the killing spirit in the army to hone the whole body and forge a fighting body. Those who have achieved great success are invincible and invincible.
To practice this skill, you need to study martial arts first. When your body is successful, you must constantly comprehend the killing spirit in the army, or borrow the military power, or form a military formation, or build weapons, and use various methods to improve your own fighting spirit.
Reach the limit, and you can destroy any enemy with one thought.
Li Yang had plenty of military combat experience, and after returning to the world of immortal cultivation, he had to fight on the frontier. Therefore, he practiced [Military Warfare] very quickly and deeply, and cultivated the power of all kinds of military warfare to the limit, cultivating an extremely sharp fighting spirit, integrating it into his body and not showing it to the outside world.
After completing [Military Warfare], Li Yang immediately continued to pass on the skills to others, and then began to study the skills of [Yin Yang School].
The philosophical thoughts of Yin Yang School are mainly "Yin Yang Theory" and "Five Elements Theory".
"Yin Yang Theory" regards "Yin" and "Yang" as two mutually growing and declining coordinated forces within things, and believes that it is the law of generation that breeds all things in the world.
"Five Elements Theory" is the theory of "the five basic elements of gold, wood, water, fire, and earth are constantly changing in a cycle" to develop the concept of "the five elements are mutually generated and restrained". Studying Yin Yang and Five Elements Theory can formulate a calendar from the calculation of the movement of celestial bodies and master all things in the world.
Later, the "astronomers" who specialized in studying the laws of celestial movement and the "calendarists" who studied the calendar developed and combined with the "five elementsists".
Li Yang used this knowledge to practice the power of Yin Yang and the Five Elements, strengthened his own practice, and obtained a book [Sun and Moon Five Elements Gong].
This Gong uses the power of the sun and the moon to cultivate the two yin and yang qi, temper the body to obtain the divine body, and use the power of the five elements to cultivate the true qi to integrate the heaven and earth and obtain the power of creation.
When it is refined to the highest depth, once the yin and yang and five elements are released, it will be unmatched in the world and very mysterious.
Although the [Sun and Moon Five Elements Gong] also practices the power of Yin and Yang, it is very different from the Yin and Yang power that Li Yang practiced in the [Hehuan Sect] Gong method. One is the explanation of all things in the world, and the other is the act of men and women having sex. Although they are both Yin and Yang, they are completely different powers.
Fortunately, Li Yang has a foundation and it is not difficult to practice.
Li Yang immersed himself in cultivation. With the foundation of the Hehuan Sect and his magical powers, it was extremely easy for him to practice the [Sun and Moon Five Elements]. Strands of Yin and Yang Five Elements were quickly cultivated by him. He nourished his soul with the power of the moonlight and tempered his body with the power of the sun. The intersection of the sun and the moon and the Yin and Yang made the Yuanying one step further.
The combination of the five elements of the world made the body of the Yuanying more real. The magical powers had stronger support, enough to burst out more powerful power.

After the Yin and Yang School, the Strategists, the School of Mind, and the School of Agriculture...
The Strategists created the [Nine Stars Numerology] with a unique power of deduction. Their way of cultivation is to constantly use strategies to achieve their own goals, big and small. As long as their strategies are successful, their cultivation can continue to advance, and they can deduce everything at a high level.
The School of Mind was pioneered by Chen Xianzhang in the Ming Dynasty, starting from Chen Xianzhang's advocacy of cultivating the mind and cultivating "clues".
Later, Zhan Ruoshui proposed the purpose of his philosophy of mind, "to realize the principles of heaven everywhere", on the basis of inheriting Chen Xianzhang's theory.
Wang Shouren (Wang Yangming), the master of the philosophy of mind, proposed that the purpose of the philosophy of mind is to "reach the conscience".
Wang Shouren believed that "reaching knowledge" is to reach the conscience in my heart. The "conscience" mentioned here refers to both moral consciousness and the highest entity. He believed that conscience is possessed by everyone and is self-sufficient. It is an internal force that does not require external forces. "Reaching conscience" is to extend conscience to everything.
"Reaching" itself is a process of both knowing and doing, so it is also a process of self-conscious knowledge and the unity of knowledge and action. "Reaching conscience" is the unity of knowledge and action.
"Conscience" is the "knowledge" of "knowing right and wrong", and "reaching" is to be tempered in things and seen in objective reality. "Reaching conscience" is to realize conscience in actual actions and to achieve the unity of knowledge and action.
Li Yang practiced the cultivation method based on the study of mind - [Heaven and Man's Practice Chapter]
As long as you are willing to practice hard and your body and mind are pure, everyone can become an immortal!
This is the power of [Heaven and Man's Practice Chapter], which only talks about the mind and has nothing to do with qualifications!
The Agricultural School is quite similar to the Mohist School. Its main idea is to sow hundreds of grains, encourage farming and mulberry, and have enough food and clothing. Li Yang created [Natural Longevity Chapter] based on this
[Natural Heaven and Man Chapter] only requires people to stand up on their own in peace and contentment every day, without the heart of great competition, and their cultivation can rise step by step until they reach the immortal realm that lasts forever.
After the Agricultural School, Li Yang's mind emerged with knowledge related to [Law].
"Law."
