I thought about writing more words before posting. On the one hand, the plot will be smoother, and on the other hand, I can write more for everyone. I will try to write more.

Then I will report the good news to everyone. I had a fever with influenza a few days ago. It was very difficult to persist. Fortunately, I have gradually recovered. Although the throat cough has not been completely cured, other symptoms have basically disappeared. As long as there are no other accidents, I am satisfied because it will not affect my typing.

Regarding lumbar disc herniation, there has been no recurrence recently, which does not affect my daily life for the time being. I still dare not sit for a long time mainly to prevent it from recurring acutely and knocking me down again.

However, as time goes by and I recover, I will try to sit less next time. Typing on the computer is always clearer and faster.

Looking back at the first month of 2024, it is a pity that I got sick again at the end of the month. Fortunately, this month I have fewer card posts and my thoughts are smoother. From late December last year to January, the overall typing state has been recovering.
