Take the Warehouse To The Great Ming

Chronicles of the Northbound Journey: Jiming Station

If the Xianzhong Temple is a place of worship, then the Jiming Station is a large ancient post station.

Starting from Beijing, there are gradually more mountains along the way.

In this season, I started from the south and discovered a characteristic of the north-south border: once you find that there are many bird nests in the trees beside the road, it means you have come to the north.

Before leaving, both the leader and Sister Yu said that the wind is strong, and it will make you doubt your life.

It’s just that we were lucky. The sun was shining brightly in Beijing for the past two days, neither hot nor cold, so a windbreaker felt just right.

The mountains in Beijing feel like they are all rocks, they look dusty and rarely green.

Before arriving at Tumubao, I remember that I was taking the Beijing-Tibet Expressway. When I entered the mountains, Sister Yu was driving, and the leader suddenly told me to look ahead.

"Sir, this is the Great Wall, Juyongguan."

I sat at the back and looked forward carefully, and saw a row of city walls winding and circling among the high mountains, which felt extremely shocking.

The terrain here is dangerous. Looking at the Great Wall built on the mountain, I really can't imagine how it was built back then.

Since it was Saturday, there was not much traffic, so we were able to move forward calmly.

"This is Jiming Mountain."

The leader is an experienced outdoor sports and adventure master, and the explanation of the scenery along the way is not bad at all.

I followed the sound, and right in front of me, a mountain that looked like a big stone sculpture was constantly changing angles in my sight.

Jiming Station at the foot of Jiming Mountain, when you get here, you are not far from Jiming Station.

There are many houses along the way, most of which are bungalows. A woman's voice came from a restaurant, it was not very clear, probably the food was cooked, the food was cooked...

Jiming Station looks like a small town from the outside.

We parked the car in the parking lot outside the city wall, and there were a few locals standing on the right side. Under their gaze, we thought we would charge a parking fee, but who knew that we didn't care.

Sister Yu also likes outdoor sports, and also likes to watch football games live, which can be said to be open-minded. She was carrying a SLR, not only had to drive along the way, but also had to take pictures for everyone.

Although it is the first time we meet,

But it's all casual and natural. Especially Xiaobai, he is tall and slender, and he looks extraordinarily "Yushu Linfeng" among a bunch of fat people.

And this guy is also talking and laughing, he is obviously an extroverted player!

That's good, right?

Of course it’s very good, everyone can chat casually, talk casually...

And I'm a casual victim...

Seeing me standing under the city wall and looking up at the top of the city, 8000 and Xiaobai grabbed my hands in a 'frenzied way', and then Sister Yu left the 'evidence' of my being taken down with a SLR.

If you want to enter the Jiming Station, you need to buy a ticket, 40 per person. Sanhua could not help but squeeze me to the side, and then bought the ticket.

As soon as they entered, two people came over and asked if they wanted a tour guide, saying that they knew the history and allusions of those ruins, and it was more convenient to know how to get there.

We came to look for some historical traces of that year, so we naturally refused to let people explain it all the way, and we got rid of the guide several times.

Only after entering it did I realize that it had long been a residential building.

There are the most tile-roofed houses inside, but occasionally you can see new houses that are probably just rebuilt, most of them are antique, and the cost should be high.

The first historic site we encountered was the Confucian Temple, which enshrines Emperor Wenchang, but we just went in and turned around and then came out.

The post city is not small. At that time, Lianxuan Mansion was in front of it, and the capital was behind it. I guess it must have undertaken considerable tasks, such as hoarding luggage, providing food and lodging for the passing troops, and so on.

The biggest feature in Yicheng is probably the antique shop. Outside the shop are tiles or stone lions.

The leader was very interested in this, and talked about the good things he missed before, and expressed regret: If he took those things at that time, he would not say how much it is worth now.

Of course, his ambition was futile and melancholy, so he bought two pounding pestles made of old building wood to commemorate the misses of the year.

There is a commanding yamen inside, and next to it is the residence of Cixi when she ran away.

Naturally, we were not interested in seeing Cixi's residence. The Commander went in to have a look, but there seemed to be people living in it, so we took pictures on the steps.

Sister Yu sat in the front, and the men sat in the back. I took a pestle and struck Sanhua's head in a gesture, and then the leader's daughter left this picture with a SLR.

I like this kind of casual atmosphere very much. Everyone doesn't have to do anything deliberately, and talking and laughing are natural, just like the tacit understanding when several old friends who have been separated for many years meet again.

This is good and makes me feel very relaxed.

The sun was pouring down, and Sister Yu was being coaxed by everyone to pose at the sculpture of the stage horse. The leader picked up her SLR and decided to show off her professionalism.

But this specialty disappeared after a few days!

A few-year-old child got his camera, and then took a few photos casually, and the leader spread it to the group, and everyone was shocked.
