Hogwarts Everything Is Three

Chapter 400 One Step Away (Modified)

"Let's sit down and have a rest, I'll get you a drink." Allen took Hermione off the dance floor in a gentlemanly manner.

After Allen left, Hermione patted her cheek with both hands, and turned around in excitement.

Ron, who was sitting in the distance, was squinting at Hermione, and Padma was sitting with her arms crossed and her legs crossed, with one foot shaking to the beat of the music. Now and then, she rolled her eyes at Ron disapprovingly, and Ron completely ignored her.

When he saw Alan handing Hermione a cup of pumpkin juice, and sitting on a chair with her arms around Hermione's waist, he angrily crushed an orange.

Orange juice nearly spattered Padma's skirt, and she jumped up, grimacing, and accepted an invitation from a rather handsome Durmstrang boy with a goatee.

The band started to play a new song again, and Allen saw the band leader Jared Leto specially showing him the gesture, and the next song was the dance song that Allen had agreed upon with him.

"Next is our dance music. Do you want to dance tango, Hermione?" Allen stood up, bent over and stretched out his hand as an invitation gesture to Hermione.

Hermione was slightly taken aback, her eyes couldn't help looking to the right, her red lips parted slightly, "This song, tango?"

Allen's outstretched hand did not retract, his head tilted slightly to the left, he looked at Hermione with encouraging eyes, raised his chin and nodded again.

"Alan, I'm a little scared." Hermione lowered her eyes and immediately raised her eyes to Alan and said.

"afraid of what?"

"I'm afraid of taking the wrong step. I only learned a little in Muggle school. It's much more difficult than the waltz..." Hermione licked her lips, her voice a little dry.

"Tango doesn't matter about missteps, not like a test. It's easy, that's why it's great. If you misstep or stumble, keep dancing. Why not try it?"

Hermione let out a long breath, picked up her skirt and stood up. Allen took the initiative to hold her hand, and the two walked to the dance floor.

Just after the song ended, Alan pulled Hermione to stand still in the middle of the dance floor amidst the noisy conversation of the little wizards.

Allen could feel the slightly wet palm of the hand he was holding, and he could see the anxiety in Hermione's eyes. His other hand also covered Hermione's held hand comfortingly, and after shaking it slightly, he took the initiative to hold Hermione's other hand.

The melodious sound of the violin sounded, and Alan's right hand wanted to wrap around Hermione's waist, but then he lifted Hermione's right hand, which had nowhere to rest, and put it on his shoulder. Hermione could not help but smile.

The violin leads the melody in a high-pitched and introverted way. Under the guidance of Allen, Hermione steps on tango steps, her stiff body gradually becomes flexible. Following the melody of the music, she has noble steps and arrogant steps as expressed in the dance music. All attitudes, wanting to welcome or rejecting the dance partner, entangled in it.

With a force on Allen's wrist, Hermione's body involuntarily fell backwards, revealing her slender and fair neck.

Allen quickly pulled her back, and Hermione couldn't help laughing briefly and then quickly tightened her expression.

With the piano hitting the keys powerfully before the climax of the music, Hermione took a deep breath before the next spin, and then increased the range as Allen's movements increased. Constitutes a very impactful and attractive picture.

The euphemistic and turbulent dance music made the two people's limbs entangled, separated and combined. Hermione tried her best not to show her emotions as frivolous and uneducated.

One song is over, and the intricate and inseparable melody of regret still lingers in Hermione's mind, like a dance that has not been fully enjoyed, always only missing the last step, always feeling lost.

"Hermione, you danced very well, without a single mistake." Allen's affirmation pulled Hermione out of the feeling of loss in time.

"You take it well, how many times have you practiced for it?" Hermione was all smiles, the tip of her nose was flushed, and she put her hand on her chest, soothing her beating heart.

There was warm applause in the auditorium, and the little wizards applauded with knowing and friendly smiles, especially Ravenclaw and Gryffindor, who almost didn't whistle.

On the teacher's seat, Fudge squinted his eyes and applauded Alan with a smile on his face, as if Alan was really his child.

When Fudge stood up and applauded, he searched for Albert, another member of the Harris family, and found that when he was immersed in the dance just now, Albert and his dance partner left the auditorium at some point.

At this moment, the Weird Sisters swarmed onto the stage together, and the little wizards who recognized them screamed. They all had particularly thick hair and wore black robes that had been ripped on purpose.

The explosive rhythm ignited the ancient castle, and the little wizards waved their hands and twisted their bodies quickly on the dance floor, cheering and laughing.

The Weird Sisters sang three songs in a row, "The Beautiful Hippogriff", "This Tonight" and "Magic Things", before leaving the stage amid the excited cheers of the little wizards.

Back in her seat, Hermione danced until her cheeks were slightly flushed, and fanned herself with the palm of her hand.

"Let's go for a walk," Alan whispered to Hermione upon seeing this.

So they pretended to get drinks, left the table, sidled around the dance floor, and slipped out the door into the hall.

The front door stood wide open, and the fairy lights in the rose garden flickered as they descended the steps. They found all around them low bushes, ornately decorated winding paths, and huge stone statues.

Allen could hear the sound of splashing water, like a fountain, and occasionally people could be seen sitting on carved benches.

He and Hermione walked along a winding path among rose bushes, but within a few steps they heard an unpleasantly familiar voice.

"...I don't understand why there is such a fuss, Igor."

"Severus, you can't pretend this didn't happen!" Karkaroff's voice sounded terrified and hoarse, as if afraid of being heard, "It's become more and more obvious over the past few months. I'm very worried right now, and I can't deny—"

"Run away, then," said Snape's voice impatiently. "Run away—I'll excuse you. But I want to stay at Hogwarts."

Snape and Karkaroff turned a corner. Snape, wand in hand, blasted the rosebush away. He had a stern face with an ugly expression. There were screams from many bushes, and several dark figures jumped out from inside.

"Ten points from Ravenclaw, Fawcett!" said Snape fiercely - as a girl ran past him. "Ten points from Hufflepuff, Stebbins!" Another boy ran after him. The girl left.
