The pace of modern people is too fast, and few people can settle down and spend several years waiting for a round shaft or a guide rail to release the stress. Although heat treatment can quickly eliminate stress, the effect of eliminating stress is not very satisfactory. Low-precision lathes are fine, but high-precision lathes have extremely strict requirements, and the precision of the manufactured things is not enough. This is one of the reasons.
Materials that have been stored for five years are of course the best. Guo Tailai and Mr. Liu didn't care about the materials first, but dismantled the old lathe first. To be honest, the most valuable thing about that old lathe is the bed.
