Tell Me Something

I went for a physical examination today and found that none of my internal organs were in good condition. I had kidney stones, liver nodules, and suspected tumors. I will go to the hospital for another examination tomorrow to see if it is benign or malignant.

Everyone must have a regular diet and a regular work and rest schedule, go to bed early and get up early, exercise frequently, and don't be too heavy.
