Chapter 378: Remarks on the Recommendation

Once again, I would like to thank the editor-in-chief Changfeng and the editor-in-charge Haixing MM for their support. However, I always feel that I have failed to live up to their guidance and expectations, especially Haixing MM, who notified me more than two weeks ago that today would be the day for the book recommendation and asked me to prepare my manuscripts and make a breakthrough when the time comes. I happened to have one chapter in my hand at the time, and I thought that at the very least, I could still update three chapters today.

As a result, I was on a business trip for two consecutive weeks, and I was stuck in writing. Not only did I not save up the next chapter, but I also used up the chapter I had in my hand. Even the extra chapter on the birthday of the leader Jian Tonghui was written and posted immediately. I was really ashamed, but no matter what, I must have a breakthrough today. I will update twice in the evening, one at normal time, and one at more than ten o'clock.

This book has been written for more than one million words so far, which is halfway done. It is not easy to change from a reader to an author. I also understand the pain of authors when they followed other books before. Especially in the past few weeks, I have been busy on business trips, and the plot has reached a bottleneck again. Every night, I sit in front of the computer and work hard to think about the details of the back. I have a headache, and even start to feel anxious, retching, and feel dizzy when I wake up in the morning.

Fortunately, I have not stopped updating. Stopping updating will lose my integrity and character.

I have read the experience of many senior authors. Didn’t they all say that it will be smooth after writing a million words? Why am I different (= =).

Of course, there are also good things about being different. For example, I always like to catch a cold. I used to catch a cold almost every two weeks in winter. I spent seven or eight days of the Chinese New Year last year with a cold. But since I started writing the draft of this book in September last year, I have only caught a mild cold twice in eight or nine months. Therefore, I have basically not stopped updating due to illness. It has to be said to be a miracle.
