Chapter 1617 The Story of the Door
If you want to know what the "door" that Wuliang Venerable said is, you have to talk about the story of his own cultivation of Taoism a long, long time ago, which only Wuliang Venerable himself knows best.
In fact, although Wuliang Venerable and Huanyin are two people who exist in different times, their paths are actually very similar.
Of course, there are some coincidences in this, but in fact, Huanyin has been guided and instructed by Wuliang Venerable throughout his life, so such similarities are inevitable.
In any case, Wuliang Venerable was brilliant and brilliant at that time. He stepped into the path of cultivation with his own talent. In the early days, he was smooth sailing and full of vigor. However, the Tao he cultivated at first was not the "Wulian Zhenjing". At that time, he had not created such a peerless scripture. He also followed his master and the Taoist sect to cultivate, and learned only some traditional Taoist methods.
But later, Wuliang Venerable learned about the ancient times by chance, and thus, like Huanyin not long ago, he developed the concepts of "true" and "false", and was deeply trapped in it and could not extricate himself.
However, no matter how gifted Wuliang Venerable is, because of his concern for people and things in the Three Realms, and because he values friendship and loyalty, he can never achieve enlightenment and truly regard everything as "false".
In fact, this does not mean that Wuliang Venerable is less talented than the ancient gods like Donghuang Taiyi, but that they have different personalities and destinies. Donghuang Taiyi has more hatred and more ruthlessness, which makes it easier for him to let go. But Wuliang Venerable can't do it.
However, Wuliang Venerable is unwilling to give up his discovery because of his persistence and obsession with Tao. So, knowing that he can't let go of everything directly, he gradually embarked on a seemingly more tortuous path.
The most direct way is to understand the concept of "true and false", let go of everything in the Three Realms, and become a Taoist on the spot. And this tortuous path created by Wuliang Venerable is to let himself practice like a monk, and constantly realize the concept of "true and false" in the process of practice. When practice reaches the extreme, it means that you have seen everything in the world, understood the true meaning of Tao, and can distinguish between true and false.
The method of cultivation varies from person to person, and there is no good or bad one. Some people, like Donghuang Taiyi, can achieve enlightenment right away, so the direct method is the most suitable for him. But some people, like Wuliang Venerable, value love and righteousness, and perhaps rely on their own understanding to never believe that everything in the world is false, so they have to see all the rivers and mountains in the three realms before they can see the truth.
The "Wulian Zhenjing" came from this. This amazing scripture expounds the incredible method of cultivation. The reason why it appeared is that after Wuliang Venerable was obsessed with the concept of "true and false", he left the Taoist sect and began to create his own Taoist method, in order to finally distinguish the true and false through this way and touch the ancient times.
The word "true" in "Wulian Zhenjing" actually explained the fundamental meaning of the existence of this scripture. It's just that even if Huanyin practiced this scripture for his whole life, he only realized the true meaning of the scripture at the last moment.
Wuliang Venerable's Wuliang Zhendao is naturally much more bumpy than Huanyin's. Because Huanyin learned under the guidance of Wuliang Venerable, while Wuliang Venerable could only create it himself. This also shows how capable Huanyin's ancestor is.
Of course, Wuliang Venerable finally approached success. He worked hard to summarize the first four volumes of "Wulian Zhenjing", which also allowed him to reach the extreme of cultivation all the way and become a Nine Source cultivator, invincible in the three realms!
However, approaching success and true success seem to be one step away, but there is a world of difference.
Wuliang Venerable certainly discovered that there are more than four volumes of "Wulian Zhenjing", and the last one is missing. And this last volume will be a stroke of genius, the door to heaven. Wuliang Venerable certainly thought that this last volume may only be realized after achieving ten sources, so he also impacted the tenth source power like Huanyin at the moment.
No one knows what kind of source power Wuliang Venerable finally chose, but he succeeded in impacting ten sources after all. However, such success did not bring him great surprise, but became the ultimate blow.
Achieve ten sources, either ascend to heaven or die without a burial place. Because the Ten Sources are simply not tolerated by the Three Realms, one must either achieve the Ten Sources and enter the Ancient World, or fail and be rejected by the Three Realms, and the end is coming.
What caused the Wuliang Venerable to fail was the tenth source of power he chose. This source of power may be too ordinary, or not strong enough, in short, it is not as good as the Time Source power chosen by Huanyin, and it is not enough for the Wuliang Venerable to have a great fortune like the Eye of Time and the Heart of Time. Therefore, the tenth source of the Wuliang Venerable did not allow him to make further progress in the perception of "true and false", and did not bring him the ultimate sublimation of realm and level.
The Wuliang Venerable, who failed at the last hurdle, eventually fell from the altar, and he also knew that he had little time left. He was unwilling to accept it. Although he failed, he was close to success, saw the road to success, and determined that the "Wulian Zhenjing" created with his life's hard work was not unable to help people achieve their goals, but it was not enough. He believed that his Wuliang Zhendao must be right, but he himself could not make it to the end.
So he returned to the human world, founded the Wuliang Sect, and preserved all four volumes of the Wuliang Sutra. Then, he used his great magical powers to deduce the heaven and earth, and found that the fate of the Emperor of Heaven, Indra, was very similar to his own during a certain reincarnation process, and he was qualified to practice the Wuliang Sutra, and he could practice the Wuliang Sutra to the end, and even surpass him!
So Wuliang Venerable chose Huanyin and had already regarded Huanyin as his disciple. He calculated everything for Huanyin, just to let Huanyin replace him in this reincarnation to step on the Wuliang True Path again, to prove that his way was correct, and to perfect his unperfected True Path!
Huanyin did not disappoint Wuliang Venerable after all. He successfully completed the four "Wulian Zhenjing" created by Wuliang Venerable according to Wuliang Venerable's guidance, which was equivalent to seeing everything in this world and having a deep understanding of the distinction between true and false.
Then, he finally achieved the final sublimation with the incredible source power of the Source of Time, obtained the Eye of Time and the Heart of Time, and raised his ability to distinguish to another level. At the same time as achieving the Ten Sources, it was also the moment when his ability to distinguish between true and false reached the extreme.
In this way, coupled with Huanyin's lifelong understanding of the ancient times, his understanding of the True Path itself and the assistance of the spirit, he fulfilled the wish of Wuliang Venerable, surpassed Wuliang Venerable, and reached the extreme.
Huan Yin's transcendence exists in the "Infinite Dao Sutra" and also in the source of time. It is not difficult to see that the ultimate goal of the Infinite True Path of the Infinite Venerable is to distinguish the true from the false, step into the ancient times, and achieve the true way. However, the road he created is not as simple as perception. Three conditions must be met: First, the "Infinite True Scripture" must be completed and everything in the world must be seen, which will assist in distinguishing the true from the false. Second, the "Infinite Dao Sutra" must be achieved through the ten sources, and it must be sublimated and have the real ability to distinguish. Finally, it is the perception of the true way itself, so that the different paths on the road lead to the same destination, prompting people to truly know what is true and what is false.
Therefore, the "door" mentioned by the Infinite Venerable seems to be the ultimate door of the road on the Infinite True Path, but in fact, the end of the Infinite True Path is the ultimate of the true way, pointing to the ancient times.
This door is the door to the ancient times!
Now, Huan Yin is standing in front of the ancient door, and an unprecedented fortune is waiting for him!
