Let’s Talk Briefly.
Writing novels, especially group portrait novels, is really tiring.
If you want to write a wonderful supporting character, you must portray it carefully.
In order to avoid facial expressions, I made in-depth portrayals of many people and things, such as Chen Xianye, Chen Nianchuan, Zhuan Choujun and many others, which cost a lot of writing power.
On the other hand, I gave them a lot of settings that should be given to the protagonist, but there are always people who are dissatisfied and think that I am messing with the plot. The few pictures in the front where I wrote Chen Xian Ling Zhuan Choujun in the lower realm were particularly criticized.
I was also affected and wanted to finish writing the plot as soon as possible, return to the fairy world, and switch the vision back to the normal line of the protagonist.
This resulted in an almost fatal flaw, which was that a large amount of Chen Xianqing’s plot was cut by me.
Among them are many plots in which the evil dragon Red Dragon Third Prince kills Chen Xianqing's friends and relatives for causing trouble in the sky and sand sea.
According to the original plot, Chen Xianqing watched one by one of her friends die in the disaster, including the Blue Bird and Firebird, whose souls remained beside her.
In the end, Chen Xianqing was so angry that he ran out regardless of his family's obstruction and skinned the Third Prince of Red Dragon. This triggered the plot.
After this plot was cut, the most critical foreshadowing and sense of depression were missing, sufficient atmosphere and tension were missing, and there was a sense of emptiness. The overall level dropped by more than one level.
This lesson made me understand. I can only say that as an author, you should have your own persistence and should not waver in your ideas easily.
