From the publication of the book on February 11, 2019 to the completion on November 8, 2023, it took 4 years and 9 months, with a total of 7.12 million words. Keji can finally responsibly write the three words "the whole book is finished" to everyone.

I believe everyone has seen that the final ending is open-ended, so I can only write here.

As the saying goes, "there are a thousand Hamlets in the eyes of a thousand readers", the story behind the open ending, I believe every reader who has been following Lao Ma's story to this day will have his own opinion. Keji does not define or force, as long as everyone feels that the story behind is what they want.

Thinking carefully, there are indeed many things that are not good about Gangsu's book. Keji myself now looks back and feels that it is not satisfactory.

However, I am still constantly improving and adjusting myself in writing, and I have tried my best to present a complete story to everyone.

This book does contain too many stories and all kinds of characters.

I am not afraid of being laughed at. The further I write Gangsu, the more difficult it is to write many plots. It is not that the story cannot be written, but some life and death and tragic scenes, I feel unbearable when I write them myself.

Reversing the original tragic ending is probably the most important plot decision in the whole book of Gangsu so far.

Although it is not perfect, at least it gives Lao Ma a peaceful old age.

Corgi did what he promised everyone, "Natalia is the only designated real heroine." Corgi also did his best to complete the promised ending without a knife, and no one of the characters everyone loves will die, giving a beautiful ending.

I can also promise you one more thing here, just like Corgi promised that Gangsu will be completed and will never be eunuch.

If there is a chance in the future, Gangsu will have a remake, and Lao Ma's story will be restarted again. And I will do my best to correct all imperfections and shortcomings, and present a more exciting and professional military story to everyone.

After thinking about it, it seems that there is only this much to say. Corgi is not a pretentious person. He is the kind of person who works hard as soon as he gets the keyboard, so I won’t say too many sensational words.
