Written Request for Leave

I had a day off today. I went to the hospital to have two wisdom teeth removed. Now half of my face is swollen and the pain is excruciating. I sat on the computer for half an hour and I feel like I can’t concentrate. It’s really uncomfortable. Please take a day off. I’ll update as usual tomorrow. ~
