I didn’t take any sleeping pills because I was afraid that taking medicine would delay things.

So I haven’t slept since I updated last night.

I sat in the car for most of the day and couldn’t lie down in the car. I couldn’t sleep at all.

I’m in a trance and my temper is very bad.

I’ll take a day off and return to normal tomorrow.
