Briefly tell me the reason.

The author had a serious gastrointestinal problem during the Chinese New Year this year. He took medicine for a long time and it was not cured. Later, he fried and smoked mugwort for a long time before he got better. My eating and resting schedule has been very irregular recently. In the past two days, I have had a recurrence of intestinal cramps and abdominal pain.

I feel like I deserve it. It was all caused by my own hands. Every time the scar heals, I forget the pain. My throat has not healed for more than two months, and every day is torture. When I went for a checkup a few days ago, the follicles were still very congested, and the body's immune system was too weak.

I was so depressed yesterday that I didn't want to open my phone or computer.

For a while, I will not stay up late, and I will force myself to sleep even if I have insomnia.

It was quite noisy outside during the day, so I got used to coding at night.

However, I will stabilize the update, and do it as early as possible before 12 o'clock every day.
