I Have a Fever, Please Take a Leave

I didn’t do anything, just sat in front of the computer, feeling cold, hot, and distracted.

I haven’t finished the manuscript yet, which is worrying.

Anyway, the principle I set for myself now is that if the manuscript doesn’t make me excited, I won’t publish it, and I won’t force myself to do it. In addition, I don’t know if it’s normal for my heart rate to reach 120 when I exercise, which is 140 or 150 normally.

I have to go to the hospital for another checkup after I finish the manuscript, because I feel weaker and weaker.
