End of Volume Summary
Hello, readers. This is Mengyun. Thank you very much for reading my book.
The eighth volume completely solves the problem of Zhang Jie, and it is also the volume that completely retracts the foreshadowing I started from the fourth volume. In this volume, I deliberately weakened the plot description of Final Destination, and instead spent space on the story line of Yang Yun, Zhang Jie and Zheng Zha. After all, there is not much plot in the movie, and everyone is here to see various ways of dying... But if I really want to write so much, it will seem redundant.
I wrote this volume very quickly, almost in one go. Compared with the outline of the seventh volume, which was revised again and again, the outline of the eighth volume was determined a long time ago, and a simple and clear main line also helps to improve my typing speed... Except for the specific battles and the face of the villain played by Zhang Jie, there is basically no need for major revisions in other places.
Well, I am personally quite satisfied... I hope readers will be satisfied too.
Let's talk about a few issues.
First, the issue of universal cultivation. To be precise, only Qi Tengyi is an orthodox cultivator in the Zhongzhou team. Others, including Zero Point, are non-orthodox. If we strictly distinguish them, Zheng Zha's Curse Blood Dragon Binding Secret Treasure Way is a half-body cultivation method that is not looked down upon by non-orthodox people.
But after all, this kind of thing still depends on the nature. It is not that you can directly point to the Tongtian Avenue with a method. It takes three years to build a foundation and five years to achieve the Golden Core. In the Zhongzhou team, the gene lock is still the main one, and cultivation is supplementary. Cultivation is just a means to supplement combat power, not the main path.
I tried to show it in a relaxed atmosphere. Perhaps it was because the Zhongzhou team had to have a bald head after losing Imhotun... It's better to suffer from Qi Tengyi.
The second is Xing Zhi's problem. From Xing Zhi's perspective, no one in the Zhongzhou team has a dead aura, including Zhan Lan. Only Zheng Zha has a strong dead aura, and it can't live for a few days. Zheng Zha told them about the internal strife before, which means that Zheng Zha is doomed to fail in the captain's competition, so she said, "As a weak person, we must always stand on the side of the winner."
The survival philosophy of the weak, plus the self-preservation of the wise, but unfortunately, she did not expect that this horror movie was an extremely dangerous stage, and as a minor role, stealing the show would require "supporting role disaster".
In essence, Xing Zhi did the same thing as the alien Chu Xuan, but the environment was different. Xing Zhi's rhetoric and methods were not as seamless as Chu Xuan, and their own strength comparison was also different from that of the alien at the time. And she trusted Zhu Wen's ability too much, and did not choose to trust Zheng Zha. This was her suspicion as a smart person, and it happened to be the reason for her failure.
The intelligence that the wise know, and their insights, determine their vision. When seeing that only Zheng Zha had death energy, if Xiao Honglu was placed among the newcomers, then this little boy who had been in a mental hospital and was studied by others and knew that he was a weak person would definitely cling to Zheng Zha's thighs; and Neos, who was very self-esteem and did not obey anyone, would choose to make trouble and lay out without hesitation... The difference is that the former may survive, and the latter will only die faster.
In addition, I made it very clear in Chapter 18 that the shield is a one-time shield, which will gradually fade away with the passage of time and the contact between the newcomers and this world. There is no such thing as Zhang Jie turning off the shield... One, two, three, wooden man, stay where you are like Cheng Xiao, and let Zheng Zha end this horror movie. This is the best way to survive. The more you make trouble and move, the faster you die.
The third is the battle between Yang Yun and Zheng Zha. I used the famous lines of Dante and Virgil in Devil May Cry (the big ward is stable and playing ing) for a reason.
Is it the pursuit of power, and only by obtaining strong power can you protect your beliefs, or can strong beliefs give birth to power and then protect everything of yourself... The former is the replica Zheng Zha, and the latter is Zheng Zha's approach in Infinite Terror. So Yang Yun essentially questioned Zheng Zha from the perspective of the replica Zheng Zha, giving him a preview of what he did in Resident Evil 2.
As for the influence of the positive person later, which led to the excessive spraying and triggered Zheng Zha's inner demon, that is another matter.
Fourth is Zhang Jie's way of dealing with it. Although I understand that most people want to see Zhang Jie continue to shine in the team, I can only say that he has done enough.
He is tired, so it is time to have a good rest.

I have written another 1,500 words in a blink of an eye... So let's stop here for this volume.
Please look forward to the next volume, "The Fate is Coming".
PS: I am a dog watching the tea team game again. I was so sleepy when I updated at 6 o'clock. I rested for two hours, got up and saw that the tea team game had just started. Then I saw that my blood pressure was pulled up to the full.
PS2: I was going to take a leave today, but I thought about it and decided to write something similar to the extra chapter as an update.
