Written Request for Leave

I have been suffering from the annual seasonal allergies for many days. I have runny nose, cough, chest tightness and shortness of breath. I basically didn’t sleep last night. I just got back from having fluids after a long day today.

Since this chapter is coming to an end, I wanted to take a day off after finishing it, but I really can’t take it anymore. Sorry, I’ll take a day off first...

My brain was confused because of my cough. I just ordered a takeaway medicine and chose a pharmacy eight kilometers away. I didn’t realize it until I just looked at the location, so I paid an extra five yuan for the delivery fee. . .
