Written Request for Leave

High fever, 39.3℃.

I felt a little dizzy last night, but it wasn't anything serious so I didn't worry about it. .

This afternoon at the company, my head felt like it was about to explode. I gritted my teeth and managed to finish my last day of work before the year, then went home and lay down. .

I'll see if I can make up for what I made up yesterday if things get better tomorrow. I'm very sorry.
