Chapter 314: The Staring Game Between Snape and Me
Andy's eyelids twitched. Can this excuse really deceive people? Well...this is the fact. Andy was indeed addicted to studying and couldn't help himself, so he forgot to do his homework.
"That...Hermione?" Andy tested.
"Huh?" Hermione snorted.
"Can you lend me your homework for reference?" Andy asked cautiously.
Hermione showed an expression that said, "There's really nothing I can do about you." She opened her suitcase and dug out her homework, "They're all papers. You'd better not copy them completely."
"OK!" Andy happily took over Hermione's homework.
Uncovering the parchment, quill and ink from the suitcase, Andy took out his wand and tapped the quill. The quill dipped in ink and started writing automatically on the parchment.
This kind of magic is not brilliant, but it is quite subtle.
The wizard injects his own knowledge and will into the quill along with the magic power. The quill possesses the knowledge and ideas of the caster, and can naturally write the paper the caster wants.
"Magic is really convenient." Hermione raised her eyebrows and said with some emotion: "When I was in elementary school, many of my classmates were worried about their homework after class. If they knew that magic is so convenient, they would probably be jealous to death."
Andy laughed when he heard this and said, "Isn't it the same for my classmates at Hogwarts? Besides, if you don't have enough knowledge reserves, you can't write anything with a quill."
It's not like everyone has Andy's spellcasting ability.
Andy took out two more quills, cast spells on them, and asked them to write homework on different subjects.
"Hermione, lend me your quill, too," Andy said.
Hermione: "..."
After getting Hermione's quill, Andy cast a spell again to let different quills write homework for different subjects.
"call--"
Andy immediately breathed a sigh of relief and said proudly: "It seems that I can finish all my homework before the train arrives at the station."
Wow——
The door of the carriage was suddenly opened. The person who came was a senior wizard. After he glanced at the situation in the carriage, he said silently: "...Excuse me."
"Want to sit in?" Andy asked.
While speaking, Andy quietly took out his wand. If this person really gets in, Andy will give him a confusion spell and tell him to get out of here.
"Hurry up and make up your homework!"
The visitor said: "If our house points this year can surpass Hufflepuff, we Ravenclaw can win two consecutive championships. Come on, little boy!"
After saying that, the man made a 'bye' gesture and closed the door of the carriage with his backhand.
Andy: "..."
Waving his wand to lock the carriage door, Andy shrugged and complained: "Speaking of the Academy Cup, it seems like it was a lifetime ago."
"We had so much to do last semester. Getting rid of Lockhart, exploring the Chamber of Secrets and the Room of Requirement, and using dark magic items to fight Voldemort... I can't believe we did so much in one semester." Hermione said with a look of approval.
"I hope it will be calm next semester!" Andy prayed.
Hermione teased: "I'm afraid not, don't forget that there is Professor Snape. If our guess is correct, Professor Snape may not be safe next semester."
"Don't mention that name in front of me."
Andy leaned back in his seat resignedly, "I just wish him a Merry Christmas."
In fact, Andy was also curious, how was Snape doing this Christmas?
Will Voldemort give him a new mission?
But no matter what, Andy just hopes that Hogwarts can spend the second half of the semester safely.
With good wishes, the train stopped at Hogsmeade Station. Getting on the Thestral carriage, Andy and Hermione drove all the way towards Hogwarts Castle.
…
The auditorium was as lively as ever.
The little wizards who went home for the holidays happily talked about their vacation experiences, while the little wizards who stayed in school talked about what happened in the castle.
Entering the auditorium, Andy immediately felt a cheerful atmosphere.
There was a dinner today. Andy walked towards the Ravenclaw table and glanced in the direction of the professor's chair.
Dumbledore had a kind face and looked at the young wizards in the auditorium with a smile. Nothing seemed to make him happier than the scene before him.
But human joys and sorrows are not the same.
Some people are happy, and naturally some people are unhappy.
For example... our Professor Snape.
He looked a little unhappy, and kept staring at Harry with a pair of sinister eyes, not even glancing at Andy from the corner of his eye.
Andy was a little surprised.
In the past, when Andy peeked at Snape, he would always notice it immediately, and then glare back viciously, giving Andy a death stare.
What happened tonight?
Why don't you even have peripheral vision?
You don't love me anymore? professor!
"Andy, what are you looking at?"
Hermione asked strangely, and then followed Andy's gaze, "Professor Snape? Are you looking at him? Oh, he is staring at Harry..."
Andy pulled Hermione and said, "Hermione, stare at Professor Snape with me. Let's attract his attention."
Hermione: "..."
What kind of hobby are these?
Maybe it was because Andy's gaze was too hot, or maybe because he missed Andy... In short, Snape noticed Andy and gave Andy a death stare.
That’s it!
Andy smiled happily and waved at Snape.
Snape: "..."
The dinner party hadn't started yet, and Andy had nothing to do. Apart from chatting, the only thing Andy could do was to stare at Snape. See if he could receive some kind of brain signal and get first-hand information about Voldemort.
The day before school started, Andy and Hermione agreed to go to the old house of the Gaunt family to explore together after the summer vacation to find the Resurrection Stone, one of the Deathly Hallows.
Before that, Andy and Hermione had two things to do.
The first was to master several kinds of magic necessary for the adventure, and the second was to collect enough intelligence.
Not only intelligence about the Gaunt family, but also intelligence about Voldemort.
Voldemort now had a helper. What if he secretly sneaked back to the British magic world and hid in the old house of the Gaunt family? Wouldn't Andy just give up?
This was also the main reason why Andy didn't act immediately.
Being stared at by Andy, Snape would naturally not admit defeat.
He stared at Andy with murderous eyes, and stared at Andy from a distance - if this was a comic, the collision of their eyes should have sparked sparks.
Hermione looked at Andy, and then at Snape.
"You two are so childish!" Hermione complained.
"Don't talk nonsense..."
Andy whispered: "Snape is not stupid, his eyes are too obvious tonight. He stared at Harry... maybe it's some kind of signal."
"You mean...?" Hermione immediately understood what Andy meant.
