I Can’t Sleep Due to Insomnia, so I’m Taking a Day Off Today!

Recently, I have been suffering from insomnia. Many times, I am obviously very tired, but I can’t fall asleep the more I lie down. When I fall asleep, I have many dreams.

Last night, I lay in bed with my eyes closed and woke up until nine o’clock in the morning. I was "alive" when I lay down!

Thinking that I haven’t had breakfast for a long time, I ordered a takeaway and had breakfast. After eating, I lay down again. At first, I felt sleepy, but I tried to relax and maintain it. Well, I gradually became energetic.

I spit out blood.

Then, if I really want to say that I am very tired and sleepy, it seems not, but I have to use my brain, but my head is buzzing and I can’t write.

Maybe I am too much thinking about the content of the book and too much pressure? This book shouldn’t be so Buddhist.

Anyway, I want to fall asleep before midnight tonight!
