After acupuncture, I took Chinese medicine for three days, including today. I took six doses of medicine today. I finally adjusted myself to the point where I could close my eyes. I am so happy.

After I was able to close my eyes, I asked the doctor as soon as possible. The doctor asked me to take a few days off from work to adjust my body after the medicine took effect, so as to avoid anxiety again and mentally thinking about it again.

I called the company to extend my sick leave for a week, and it was just approved.

I just woke up at this time. I recovered more than six hours of sleep today, but I still want to sleep. I am very happy.

I can finally fall asleep.

I didn’t think it was a big deal when I slept casually before, but now that I can’t sleep, I know how rare it is for me to fall asleep casually before.

I need to go to the hospital to queue up for acupuncture tomorrow after it takes effect. For the sake of my health, I can’t write and update tonight and tomorrow, so I’ll take two days off.
