Does Anyone Know How to Treat Disc Bulge?

It's just lower back pain, it hasn't spread to other parts, so it shouldn't be serious, but it really hurts.

It's a bulging disc, not a herniation. It still needs treatment.

Does anyone know how to treat it well?
