I went downstairs to have breakfast, but couldn't go back. There was a problem with the power supply to the elevator, and the property management company was inspecting and repairing it.

I really can't climb up to the 27th floor with my two legs.

My car had an accident during the Chinese New Year, and it had been thrown into a repair shop since I came back. I went over to have a look, and gave the boss a couple of cups of tea.

It will be completed before twelve o'clock at the latest.
