After working overtime to finish the update last night, I couldn't fall asleep for some reason.

It wasn't until 9 o'clock this morning that I finally slept for an hour.

I couldn't fall asleep again until now, and I feel groggy.

My brain feels frozen and I can't write at all.

Let's take a day off today and go to bed as early as possible.
