Chapter 17 Magicians Can't Eat Chocolate Frogs

Everyone had a great time on this long journey, except for Fred and the poor Sniff.

To celebrate Gryffindor's great victory over Slytherin (in Lee Jordan's language), George decides to use some of the stolen money to buy snacks.

In William's words: Mr. Wei will pay for the entire audience tonight!

Although the audience is limited to six people, a rabbit and a sniff in the booth, and only a few snacks are consumed.

Bobo tea doesn't count. It's a very picky eater, eating almost nothing but the expensive cat food and canned snacks that William bought.

A person is not as delicate as a cat, and it is easy to have a psychological imbalance.

Qiu suggested again: "Just starve it for a few days!"

Bobo Cha squinted and stared coldly at Qiu's little white rabbit, the paws in the meat pad popped out, the girl was so frightened that her face turned pale, and immediately changed her mouth.

On the table were all kinds of Bibi Dou Beans, Bubble Super Bubble Gum, Chocolate Frogs, Pumpkin Pies, Pot Cakes, Licorice Wands, and other oddities that William had never seen before.

George bleeds a lot today, none of them fall, and he bought some of each.

After a while, the relationship between Qiu and several people has also become much closer, which makes Cedric extremely happy.

The joy of licking a dog is sometimes so simple and boring.

Fred handed William a chocolate frog, but the latter looked at the chocolate, hesitated for a moment, and still didn't eat it.

As a magician, how can you continue your physical strength by eating chocolate frogs? Isn't this a big death?

Fred saw that William wouldn't eat it, so he took it apart by himself. After he opened it, he took out the picture.

The picture shows an old man in a round hat, black-rimmed glasses, and draped silver hair and beard. The name under the picture is: Nicole LeMay.

Through the back of the picture, William looked at the text: Nicole LeMay is now recognized as the greatest alchemist of all time.

His well-known contributions include: creating the only magic stone, creating the alchemy system from the Middle Ages to modern times, and driving the trend of using toads as pets, which will not decay for 600 years!

?

"Oh, it's Nicole May, great, I've got a complete set of pictures!" Fred announced excitedly.

A complete set of chocolate frog pictures, as many as several hundred pieces, is generally difficult to collect, so it is expensive.

Fred collected these, not so much, but prepared to sell at a high price to another wizard.

Seeing that Fred had collected all the pictures, George, Cedric, and Lee Jordan also joined the army of removing the chocolate frogs.

In the process of frantically eating frogs, time passed very fast, as if being swept away by a force in the dark, it didn't take long before evening came.

William glanced out of the car window. It was already dark, and the train was slowing down to the mountains and woods under the deep purple sky.

"In five minutes, the train will arrive at Hogwarts. Please leave your luggage on the train and we will take you to school."

The sound echoed on the train, and everyone got up and rushed forward with the flow of people in the aisle.

The train slowed down and finally stopped. Pushing and shoving, the students rushed to the door and descended to a dark and small platform.

Then, as a lamp flickered above the students' heads, William heard a familiar voice shout, "First-year freshman, first-year freshman here!"

On top of the crowded crowd, Hagrid's five-meter height stood out.

He smiled and said: "Come, come with me, is there any freshman! Be careful of your feet, okay! Come with me."

After separating from Cedric and the others, William and Cho stumbled towards Hagrid.

Under Hagrid's leadership, the first-year freshmen broke away from the main force,

Down a steep, narrow path with slippery ground and stumbling vines of all kinds.

It was pitch black all around, and only Hagrid's dim oil lamp was guiding the way.

William sighed, Hogwarts is really backward, and there is no street light or anything.

William raised his wand, waved it, and said in a low voice, "Sudden release of fluorescent light."

A soft white light hung on the tip of the wand, and then, the light burst out, shooting out like fireworks, illuminating the nearly fifty-meter path.

Hagrid's rough laughter came from a distance: "Thank you, William, you know, I can't use magic!"

Qiu stared at William's face, as if he had just met him.

"You are actually able to cast magic?"

Before William was reading the second-year spell book, Qiu thought he was just pretending, but now it doesn't seem to be the case...

William shrugged, "Isn't that easy?"

Hey, when this sentence came out, William was taken aback.

In his previous life, when he asked those esoteric math questions, the school tyrants also smiled slightly, and said with care for the mentally retarded, "Isn't this very simple?"

Merlin's beard! William can actually say such words with peace of mind. Is this the realm of the legendary middle school bully?

But William soon regretted it. After he used his wand to release the light, the first-year wizards seemed to have found their backbone and rushed towards him.

William once again experienced the crowded feeling of driving a car during the Spring Festival. He roared: "Stop crowding... Eh! Whose salty pig hand, don't touch it!"

Hagrid exclaimed cheerfully, "Cut this corner and you'll see Hogwarts for the first time in no time."

Sure enough, after a loud astonishment, at the end of the narrow path, a black lake suddenly unfolded.

On the high hillside on the other side of the lake, stands a majestic castle with many spires and windows shining under the stars.

"There can be no more than four people in each boat!" Hagrid pointed to a group of small boats moored on the shore and shouted, as if more than four people, the boat would sink.

At this time, there was another push and shove, and everyone wanted to sit in the same boat with William.

This kind of boat is not safe at first sight, and it has to cross a large lake. What if it falls!

William knows magic, and staying on a boat with him at least feels a little safe.

"Line up!" Hagrid used his large body to block the wall, motioning William and Qiu to get on the boat quickly.

After that, two little wizards were randomly selected from the crowd and thrown up, and the noise gradually stopped.

"Are they all on board?" cried Hagrid, who was in a boat by himself.

"Let's go then!"

A group of small boats began to move without wind, rowing across the mirror-like lake and heading forward.

Everyone was silent, staring at the huge castle soaring into the sky.

As they approached the cliff where the castle stood, the castle seemed to rise above them.

"Head down!" Hagrid shouted as the first boats approached the cliff.

Everyone bowed their heads, and the boat carried them through the ivy curtain that covered the face of the cliff to the hidden open entrance.

They followed a dark tunnel that seemed to descend under the castle, and finally reached a place that resembled an underground pier, and then climbed to a ground of gravel and small pebbles.

Under the light of the Hagrid's lamp, they climbed a tunnel in the rock, and finally reached a flat, damp meadow in the shadow of the castle.

They climbed a flight of stone steps and gathered in front of a huge oak door.

Hagrid raised a huge fist and slammed the castle gate three times.

Bang bang bang!

The door was opened and a wizard came out.
