Belated Third Anniversary Remarks
Time flies by so fast, I don’t even have time to think about it, and another year has passed. It seems that this year has been busy and life is gray, with nothing worth remembering. Only the writing I like is slightly brighter. Before I knew it, this first and only book had been written for three years and had 3.4 million words.
For ordinary writers, it is indeed a happy and wonderful thing to be able to imagine a world and let the world flow from the pen! Each of the characters seems to be vividly alive in my mind. After setting the background and personality, they will act on their own. They will have their own ideas and pursuits, and they will collide with plots one by one, move forward according to their own logic, and then move towards an ending that the author has not known in advance. ()
In fact, the author who writes a book is just a person who fills in a lot of background, consults a lot of information, and records movie scenes. Before writing a chapter for the day, I don’t know what it will be like, let alone what it will be like tomorrow... Therefore, writing is an exciting and unknown exploration for me, always full of surprises. and satisfaction! …
It took a long time and effort to look up the geography and tribes of the west coast and the far north coast. After a step-by-step deduction, the Kingdom's westward exploration fleet finally arrived at the Kamchatka Peninsula in Northeast Asia along the Aleutian Island Chain. And the exchanges between America and East Asia also began! As time goes by, exchanges between America and Western Europe will come as scheduled! Next, comes a new era of change, a torrent sweeping the world, changing not only the Americas, but also Eurasian countries...(ˊˋ)
Before actually writing about these changes in the world, the author cannot determine the subsequent results in advance and answer the inquiries of book friends. Because it is always necessary to consult more information, fill in more data, expand each map as the cornerstone of the deduction, and then let these star-like characters move...
As I grow older, I pass the age of thirty in a flash, and I jump out of the ivory tower where I have stayed for a long time. The pressure of reality is heavy on the author's shoulders. And according to secular evaluation standards, have you started a family? Have you established a career? How much is your monthly income? Is it compiled? …it became real pressure. Compared with many classmates, relatives and friends, I am probably the most uncertain and unreliable one among them when it comes to writing a book! …(︿)
However, this initial book is a career I love and I will continue to write it. Although under the pressure of society, writing books may become a part-time job, but it will never stop! What the author is grateful for from the bottom of his heart is the book friends’ continued support, comments, votes and subscriptions. The familiar names of readers are like the stars twinkling in front of my eyes. They have always been in my mind...
