New Book Release Date

First of all, I want to say sorry to everyone. I have been saying that I am going to publish a new book since the beginning of September, but now it is mid-October, and it has been delayed for more than a month. During this period, some things happened that interrupted my thoughts. Of course, it was more because of my laziness and my underestimation of the complexity of the new book.

My editors are very caring to me, but there are some conflicts between our ideas. About half a month ago, one of the editors with great influence kindly and tactfully reminded me after listening to my ideas that the website does not need pure horror articles, which have high risks and low returns, and hoped that I could make some changes.

One important reason why nightmares are liked by everyone is the horror atmosphere, which is the foundation of my foothold, so this will not change in the new book, but the editor is also very objective. The general environment is like this, and this is the reality that every author has to face.

I thought about it for a long time. I didn’t show up in the group during the National Day holiday, and I didn’t even send you blessings during the Mid-Autumn Festival. One reason is that I was really embarrassed that there was no movement on the new book. The second reason is that I was upset. After all, the planned story plot was all messed up, and many ideas had to start over.

I'll stop complaining and tell you something happy. During the National Day retreat, I watched a lot of movies and various old books. One morning, inspiration suddenly came to me. I think I have found a way that suits me. After I talked to the editor briefly, he also thought it was good (maybe it was just a polite remark). It can avoid risks better and keep the original flavor of the supernatural horror.
