Explain the Update

The reason for the extreme update a few days ago was because someone at home was sick and went to the hospital to take care of him, so he got home late.

As a result, my family members were well. I was just happy, but my joy turned to sadness, and I fell down again.

My body is not as good as before and I can't stand a cold or a fever.
