Written Request for Leave

I went to the hospital early in the morning today, and my blood pressure was still unstable. This wave was really serious. The doctor said I would have to observe it for two more days to stabilize my blood pressure.

If you can't stabilize it, you'll have to be hospitalized.

Alas, I am no longer young, and I can no longer afford to be as messy as before.

The medicine I took today made me groggy all the time, I couldn't write at all, and I almost fell asleep while sitting in my chair.
