Traveling in China, Report on the Current Situation.
Departed from Beijing on February 17th, drove out with my wife and my dog. I stayed in Wuhan and Guilin for a few days, then went to Beihai, went to Weizhou Island at the southern end, and now drove to Panyu, Guangzhou.
The next stop is Xiamen, after which I will go back to Suzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, and then Chengdu, Chongqing, and Yunnan. From Lijiang, go directly to Nyingchi, Tibet, and then go to Lhasa. Lhasa went out to Qinghai, and then diverted to Xinjiang. After returning from Xinjiang, go to Yinchuan, then go to Hohhot and Zhangjiakou from Inner Mongolia, and finally return to Beijing.
Except for the three northeastern provinces and a few cities in central China, this trip basically took more than half of China.
It sounds very 6. In fact, I had such an idea last year. I just changed to a new car at the end of the year. This time I went to Beihai to accompany my wife to see my parents-in-law. Since I have traveled 2,400 kilometers, I will simply drive around the country. Got it.
I don’t want to wait until I’m free/rich/mood to go when I’m young and there are still many places I can go. Traveling thousands of miles is a good thing for writing and even life, so this holiday may be very long, and it will take two or three months by visual estimation. Because this trip is travel rather than tourism, and I am not a tourist who flocks to scenic spots to take pictures and leave after visiting. I want to get in touch with a wider world and see more scenery. This is what I want to do.
I brought an ipad and keyboard with me on the road, but the current update should be to write another book, and I don’t have enough energy to update two books at the same time. It's normal to be tired from the journey, but when I get to a place where I can stay for a few more days, I will take the time to write some updates, such as Suzhou, Hangzhou or Lijiang.
That's all I have to say, thank you for your support and understanding.
