Written Request for Leave

I'm not feeling well today. I have vomiting, diarrhea and stomachache. I guess I won't be able to get enough blood by the evening. The computer is still at the company. The company also asked for leave in the afternoon and I can't code, so I'm asking for a day off. Don't wait any longer today.
