Written Request for Leave

I was a little embarrassed to ask for this leave because it was so embarrassing.

I went to play games today. I didn’t expect that I hadn’t played for so long. After playing for a little longer, my fingers cramped up. Now the middle finger and index finger of my right hand are numb and not flexible at all, and I can’t type quickly at all.
