Written Request for Leave

I went to the hospital to see a patient today and spent a day shopping with my relatives. I suffered from heatstroke and had a splitting headache. I persisted until now and have coded less than a thousand words. I really can’t stand it any longer. I’ll go and have a rest. I’ll make up for it in the third update tomorrow. Best wishes.
