Pei Chengxi stared at her deeply, with a hint of darkness in his eyes.

He stood up slowly and walked towards her slowly. Without answering directly, he asked, "You want me to go back?"

Sha Xingbao's hand seemed to be electrocuted, his body trembled, and he almost stood up in shock.

Pei Chengxi's hand grabbed hers and pulled her towards the room upstairs.

Sha Xingbao followed him, his steps slow and his heart beating fast.

She had no idea what he was going to do upstairs. She was eating properly, and she didn't light the fire randomly. He suddenly went upstairs, which made her inexplicably nervous.

Both nervous and afraid.

Pei Chengxi led her upstairs, through the long corridor, and straight to her room.
