To be honest, I dare not complain about my poor health here, because my own father is also chasing after my book, he can read everything, and sometimes he even says that I am looking for excuses to delay the update
After all, I am not writing a book full-time. Many times I do have something to do, and work must be the first priority. I also admit that there are a few times when it is really a lazy cancer, and it happens that there are some trivial things that just make excuses.
But recently, something has happened to my body. It's not a serious problem, but I have been suffering from insomnia for a week. The problem of insomnia started in April 2015, intermittently, at least three or four days a week, I couldn't sleep well, but this time, it was like this for a whole week...
The average sleep time per day this week is only about three hours. Every day I fall asleep around four o'clock and wake up before seven o'clock in the morning. The day before yesterday, I kept my eyes open until 7:30 in the morning, then brushed my teeth and washed my face and went to work. I was on weekends a few days ago, and I couldn't sleep even if I wanted to catch up on a nap...
People are really tired these days, and my mind is ignorant during the day, and I have to be slow to react to what others say. It was even more blurry at night. When I was writing a manuscript, my mind was often broken. I knew how to write it, but after writing a short paragraph, my mind went blank.
So I want to take a good rest for two days and adjust...
Take another day off tomorrow, and start updating normally the day after tomorrow.
Thank you all, and I would like to say sorry to everyone here.
Also, everyone, don't stay up late, go to bed as early as you can
PS. I have already seen a doctor, so don't worry... (To be continued.)
