There was congestion in the pharynx, secondary tonsil enlargement on both sides, thick plugs visible on the surface, and proliferation of scattered lymphoid follicles on the posterior pharyngeal wall.

I'm also very afraid of the cold. I didn't sleep well last night and my whole head feels dizzy. I can't take little Fatty out to play today, so I'm taking leave to lie down at home.
