When I wrote it briefly before, a lot of readers gave me feedback that I should expand it and write about the strangeness and excitement of the battles in the world of immortal cultivation, and write the details more clearly.

After expanding it, some readers complained that my writing was too watery. I cry~

Because I will use the mortal flow to develop the world view later, and this world view is different from other immortal cultivation novels.

I mainly want to show a background that the ancient cultivators studied the essence of spiritual energy and almost led to the destruction of the world.

If I want to write this, I have read so many books and found that only the mortal flow can do it.

So, I looked at several famous mortal works on the bestseller list for reference and learning.

For example, I have a xx world, immortality starts from xx, I am in the world of immortal cultivation..., God rewards hard work... and other books.

I found that most of them use about 4,000 or 6,000 words to complete a battle, advance a plot, or lay a foreshadowing.

Some of them do feel that the plot is developing very fast. It seems that the plot is being pushed forward very quickly, but when I look closely, I find that it is basically the protagonist going to a different place to drink tea, talk, and introduce various items in the world of immortal cultivation.

And these should also be the writing methods recognized by most people, otherwise it would not be on the bestseller list.

I have read so many books, thought about it carefully, and roughly summarized my next writing method.

In order to avoid being too watery, and to be able to write in the way of mortals revealing the world.

I choose to complete a battle, bury or fill a pit, and promote a plot every two or three thousand words.

Besides, everyone who has read my previous ones should also know that if I advance a large plot, it will take at least more than 30 chapters if it is small, and more than 60 to more than 100 chapters if it is large.

So for this large plot, more than 80 chapters should be a reasonable range, and about 300 chapters, the protagonist will be promoted to Jindan. In most immortal cultivation novels on the market, this is also more in line with the rhythm.

As for the feeling that water is more verbose, it should be a problem of advancing the plot.

And when I write, I don't write according to chapters and word counts, but according to the plot.

There seem to be many chapters, but in fact, if you count by word count, it is about the same as when the plot was promoted in the previous period.
