The upstairs neighbor has been making some sudden noises almost every night for the past month. The author didn’t fall asleep until 4 a.m. last night. He is currently feeling obviously unwell and has an irregular heartbeat, so he is taking a leave of absence to recuperate.

The author promises to get back to normal as soon as possible.
