2020 Year-End Summary

As a qualified (salty fish) author, I still have to publish a summary.

The book was published on October 1st. After three months, I wrote 550,000 words. Excluding the new book period, I wrote 200,000 words per month.

The pressure is huge.

If you can’t make money, every day of persistence is a question of yourself.

Every minute, every hour, every word that is typed out with great effort is the author's hard work.

I type slowly, and it takes me one and a half hours to write a chapter of 2,000 words.

Apart from the time spent typing, I have no time to play games, no time to socialize, and even going out for shopping, I have to think twice.

Every time I look at the backstage, my heart sinks.

What is the meaning of persistence?

Is it money?

Yes.

A message from a reader, a vote, or a chapter subscription are all sources of motivation for the author.

No one subscribes, there are no recommended votes, let alone monthly votes.

Anxiety, sensitivity, depression.

All kinds of complex emotions are intertwined, and in return, the mentality is completely broken.

If even the author can't laugh, how can he write a text that makes people laugh?
